I moved to Flagstaff 20 years ago from Russia. Currently I fish in AK over the summertime as a commercial fisherman. It is my goal to bring Wild caught AK fish to the states so everyone can enjoy the most nutritious meal.

Cozy & Peaceful stay
We loved staying here. The cabin was cozy and had everything we could have needed for the two nights we were there. The backyard area was the best part with the koi ponds, fire place, grill, and seating area. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Sergei was also a huge help on our exit when we had some car trouble on the dirt road leading out. (not due to the dirt road, but previous excursions) Thanks so much!!
Very clean. Super cute outdoors. Unique and communication was easy.
Good Location for South Rim Grand Canyon and Flagstaff visitors, Comfortable, Clean, and Well Stocke
This property provided all we needed for a great week spent visiting the Grand Canyon South Rim, Flagstaff, and surrounding areas. We arrived late and were immediately able to access the property with no waiting or check-in process. The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked with basic staples, kitchen supplies, towels, etc.
The outdoor fireplace, patio, and bar-b-que area was wonderful - cool nights, fountains and outdoor lighting contribute to a lovely area. We noted a previous negative review about the air conditioners and request to conserve water; but had no issues with either of these. The air conditioners are individual portables - but kept us cool and comfortable. Conserving water is a way of life in arid parts of the country. Reminder signs for conserving water were no problem at all.
One of the things we enjoyed was the rural location - every day driving down the unpaved road to the driveway, we saw rabbits, deer, and other animals. We enjoyed this location and are hoping to return next year.
The grandkids and husband enjoyed the stay. Myself I found the overall stay misleading.
If water needs to be conserved then state that, not having statements posted all over the rental to not flush toilets, and limit showers to once a day for only a few minutes, and not use dishwasher but to hand wash but don’t leave water running.
In description it states the home has A/C, which it did with portable window units, but only in bedrooms, so rest of home was quite warm. They roared no matter which speed, so sleeping was disturbed. Trying to leave windows open to sleep when it’s hot outside wasn’t working either as no breeze came through.
Outside was pleasant to sit on patio but overhead screening was ripped and unsightly, plus a few patio chairs were torn.
The inside furniture was nice, the beds comfortable. A few areas should have been cleaner, so I did have to use Clorox wipes I brought.
Excellent and quaint
It was a well and centralized location considering that we had a car. Close enough to everything. The town is small, different and nice. Food was excellent. The house was quaint and soothing. The back had 2 small waterfalls that made it peaceful and inviting. You will have all you need at the house and very comfortable. I highly recommend it. They have to haul the water in so there is a water restriction, if that is a concern maybe it's not your place. It was not at all a concern to us and we have a family of 5. I would rent again if I come back to the area. Great small house to stay.
Very nice and modern
Liked very much the amenities and modern style of the home
