Newly completed duplex in Sept. 2015. This is a luxury unit at an affordable price. The upstairs unit is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an open floor plan of a modern kitchen, dining, and living room that leads out to a private balcony with BBQ . It has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, and a smaller room with a full over full bunk bed. This unit should sleep up to 10 to 11 people and accommodate to 2 to 3 families. This is the upper unit of the duplex. The bottom unit property number is 7011708 and is also available. Dennis

This property is located in beautiful Misson Beach on the ocean side of Mission Blvd. You need only walk one short block to get to the sandy beach. Multiple families can get together to relax and play. These rentals offer a living area with tile and wood floors and ceiling fans. Air conditioning is available for those hot summer days. Bedrooms have luxury beds. You will have a full luxury kitchen with dish washer. A washer and dryer set are in both units. There are linens for the beds and bathrooms. There is a shared roof top deck with an ocean view. Enjoy relaxing out on the private balcony by the BBQ or on the roof top deck.

My family has been coming to San Diego during the summer for almost 30 years. During that time I cannot recall an easier experience than the one we had with Dennis and his family. In fact I cannot recall the name of any of the other people that we have rented from but Dennis and his family truly made this a memorable vacation. This is not your typical rental, often times rentals have rundown items and dirty carpet but you will not find this here. The appliances are top of the line and the whole house has been done like someones home and not a rental.



Regardless of the reason for coming to beautiful San Diego, this place is a wonderful option. It was perfect for our growing family. It comfortably slept the 8 grownups and 6 children. It is right next to Belmont so it is great for kids. It is also only minutes away from both the beach and the bay. Not only is it close to the water, the amount of beach/sports equipment they had available rivals some of the rental places.



The owners were instantly willing to help us in any way required and we had such a great time that we invited them to our family barbecue on the last night. We plan on continuing the tradition of going to San Diego over the summer and now we will begin the new tradition of staying at this amazing house. If you stay here you will certainly enjoy your vacation.

Great place to stay!

The property was great! We couldn't have asked for more amenities! From towels to kitchen supplies to bikes and boogie boards, it was all there! A little more attention to detail on the cleaning side (excess sand on the floors, dirty towels in the closets) would be good. Overall it is a really nice , upgraded place. Close to everything, rooftop is a plus to hang out and watch fireworks from SeaWorld. We really enjoyed our time in Mission Beach and this place made it possible for 10 of us to enjoy a great week!! Thank you to the Turbes family!

Great weekly rental - walk to beach, roller coaster, and starbucks

Couldn't have asked for a better rental. New, clean, spacious and close to all the things you go on vacation for. Owners onsite and provided all the extras. Kids loved games and boogie boards. Adults loved outdoor spaces and plenty of room inside and out to accommodate 5 brother family reunion.

We bought this property in 2004. It had two small cottages on it. Finally in 2014 we were able to start building this duplex on the property. It's been along time waiting, but its worth it. This location is perfect for vacationers to walk to many activities in Mission Beach. Located on Island Court just north of Belmont Park makes it a great family vacation spot.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended

Within walking distance is swimming, sunbathing, boating, biking,

surfing, boogie boarding, rollerblading, strolling on the board

walk, shopping, restaurants and sunsets.

To rent equipment you need only walk a block or two.

For shopping and restaurants you can walk or drive. There are lots

of close places to walk too. Neat places to drive to are: La Jolla 10 mins, Seaport village 15 mins, Old Town 10 mins and Downtown San Diego 15 mins.

The San Diego Airport is located 6 miles away. Major attractions: Belmont Park's Famous Roller Coaster is less than 1 block, Sea World 2.5 miles, San Diego Zoo 8.25 miles, Balboa park 8.25 miles, Wild Animal Park 25 miles, Lego-land 1 hour, Disneyland 1.5 hrs and Temecula Wine Country 1 hour.

On all rates there is a 11.05% City tax and Cleaning fee of $275.
Security/Damage deposit of $600, due at time of booking.
Security/Damaged Deposit will be refunded after your stay.
Full rates are due at the time of booking or 60 days prior to your stay.

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
