This is a beautiful renovation! This is a multi-family house. There are TWO different 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath units (2nd floor and 3rd floor) plus an additional 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit (1st floor). Each 3 bedroom unit sleeps A FAMILY of up to 8 people very comfortably and rents on a Saturday/Saturday schedule in July and August. (Flexible at other times.) The 4 bedroom unit sleeps up to 10 and rents on a Friday/Friday schedule. (Flexible at other times.)

Well equipped, nicely renovated - granite, stainless steel, high end appliances, air conditioning. PRIMO LOCATION! Stay just 1/2 a block away from beach, boards, and ride piers at an AFFORDABLE rate. Enjoy ocean views from your porch, table and chairs set on the porch, a gas grill in the yard, and an outdoor shower. Wi-fi and TVs in all rooms too! Everything that you need is here.

This multi-family house is for FAMILIES ONLY. Feel safe and secure renting here. Two or three units are available together for larger families together. You can sleep up to 28 people in all here, using all three floors of the house.

Enjoy this freshly painted, newly renovated home! Absolutely everything inside was brand new in 2015 - clean, modern, fresh, new. The kitchen is full of all new stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel sinks, custom tile. All furniture and bedding was new in 2015, including every single mattresses in the house. (Our tenants have told us that these are the most comfortable beds that they've ever slept in!) All flooring was brand new.

There are three separate units here.

**FIRST FLOOR is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit to sleep up to 10 guests. Friday/Friday weeks in prime time July and August.

**SECOND FLOOR is a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit to sleep up to 8 guests. Saturday/Saturday weeks in prime time July and August.

**THIRD/TOP FLOOR is a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit to sleep up to 8 guests. This floor is still available for a longer term monthly or seasonal rental as of 3/15/17. Hurry before a booking comes in and bumps out your opportunity to string several weeks together!

*On street parking pass to park at any metered spot included for one car for each unit. (Additional cars will need to find street parking, or can pay separately upon arrival to rent a spot at a nearby lot.)
