THE "SUITE" SPOT is a Mediterranean-themed Presidential Fifth Wheel RV at the front door of the Texas Hill Country, located in Bandera, Texas. The “Cowboy Capital of the World”! Our 37-foot Holiday Rambler Fifth Wheel RV sits on 1+ acres where we have year-round vegetable gardens, egg-laying hens, and an above-ground swimming pool with firepits!

The space:

The 37 ft RV is spacious with a big living area. Roku TV’s, dishes provided, electric stovetop, no oven use permitted. BBQ outside is provided for grilling. Leather love seat couches (do not pull out for sleep) and full-size sturdy chairs at a dining table. Outside has picnic tables for use and seating to enjoy both the sunrises and sunsets too! Full size refrigerator. Hardwood floors and newly renovated with new paint, blinds, decor and more! It’s so cozy and feels like home!

King size comfy bed with lights for reading. The bathroom has curtains and a door to pull for privacy. The toilet is a separate room. Closet and drawer space. Shower is a stand up corner and spacious considering. Heat and AC as needed. We prefer no small children as the space is not child proof but an older child or another adult could bring an air bed and stay on living room floor.

Pool, deck, coop and gardens are in your view for a relaxing environment. Internet is superb and we welcome executives or remote working anytime! Great place to work and enjoy!

We are fully gated with a solar powered keypad entrance at the gate. We send a very detailed check in and check out message for details.

Other things to note:

We are a family of 4 and live on the property but our land gives you plenty of space. We conduct daily life as normal and come and go. Only animals are chickens and kitties!
