Welcome to your own slice of paradise on Florida's Gulf coast, only steps from the beautiful white sand beach of Indian Shores, FL. Our 2 bedroom gulf front condo is available for rent weekly, monthly or seasonally. New high efficiency HVAC/ AC system. Free upgraded WiFi throughout the unit. This completely modern updated and upgraded unit includes all the amenities you want for a perfect vacation.

The living room is beautifully furnished with leather sofas, plenty of seating areas and light, all of the comforts of home. The entertainment center is equipped with a NEW 55 inch smart LED tv, cable TV, surround sound system, DVD player, DVR, and Netflix.

Two large bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, LED tv, and the guest bedroom includes 2 full beds, large closet and tv. The bedrooms have new high thread count sheets and new linens in the unit. Every room has its own ceiling fan.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of the line appliances, and you can see the beach from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. In the kitchen you have a Keurig coffee maker along with a traditional coffee maker, toaster, blender (for those mixed drinks).....

The private balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and will allow you to enjoy amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and even watch dolphins swimming and playing daily. There is a private parking space and visitor parking is available.

Our condo has every amenity you could want and the comforts of home for you, family, friends, couples. Step outside and relax on the beautiful white sandy beach, while you enjoy the gentle gulf breeze and the incredibly warm gulf waters.

The complex has (on the intercostal) boat slips across the street that can be rented. A fishing dock is also located across the street.

Relax on the beach (unit has a beach canopy and beach chairs) or heated pool, or take in one of the many local attractions the area has to offer. For fishing enthusiasts, there is a fishing pier on the Intracoastal Waterway and John's Pass and Clearwater Beach both offer deep sea fishing trips and a variety of piers. For the adventurous you have parasailing, jet ski, power boats, and gliders. Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios, and Sea World are just a 90-minute drive away, and Busch Gardens is only a 45-minute drive. Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Lowry Park Zoo, museums, and other attractions are also close. Tennis, golf, shopping, sightseeing and excellent restaurants are nearby.

Airports are conveniently accessible, St. Pete/Clearwater (25 Minutes), Tampa International (30 Minutes) by Car.

We have had an amazing time while in Florida and we are dreading leaving in the morning. The condo is absolutely gorgeous! It was more than what I imagined. It was close to everything we wanted to do and had a beautiful view of the beach. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family. And if we decide to come back to Indian Shores, I will definitely be contacting you.

Pristine beaches, amazing sunsets, and super clean

We were looking for a fun and relaxing getaway to enjoy sun, water, good food, and local attractions. This condo is perfectly situated on a pristine beach with large variety of shore birds and beautiful sunsets. The condo is clean, nicely updated and comfortable, and the pool area is spacious and very clean. The deck offers a spectacular view close to the water. Located between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater with lots of local attractions in close proximity. We rebooked for next year!

Dirty condo and unprofessional owner

This property was a disappointment, sadly. A few days before we were to arrive, I received an email from the owner stating that there were international credit card fees (I'm in Canada) and that he would not be covering them so we would have to pay him for the fees. This was not stated in our rental agreement or on the listing for the condo, so I feel it was unfair to ask us to pay them. They are the cost of doing business. If the owner doesn't want to pay the fees, he shouldn't accept credit cards. Sadly, he kind of had me between a rock and a hard place because it was spring break and I wouldn't be able to find another suitable rental in time, so I reluctantly paid the fees. The day we arrived for our two-week stay, I wrote to the owner and told him that the condo was dirty. There was a dried piece of banana stuck to the kitchen cabinet, the kitchen floors were dirty, the water dispenser on the fridge had mould in it, and one of the doors of the fridge was rusty. The kitchen is not "new" as described in the listing. The cabinets have a stickiness to them and the finish on the faucet is peeling off. Also, when we arrived, the desk and part of the kitchen countertop were cluttered, not like is shown in the pictures on the listing. The furniture in the second bedroom (with two beds) needs a good scrubbing. Also, the view, as you can kind of see in the pictures, is obstructed by the roof of the structure below. The owner did offer to send the cleaners back out the following day, but I had already begun cleaning the kitchen because I didn't want to prepare breakfast the next day before doing some scrubbing. A lot of this I could have overlooked, but the final straw was the fact that it is now 6 weeks since we left the condo (much cleaner than we found it) and I just got my refund for the security deposit. Florida state law requires that it be returned within 15 days of a renter vacating the property. The owner made various excuses for the delay in the return of my deposit. What is laughable is that he has offered me a discount should I book with him again. This will never happen. I have rental numerous condos in this area over the course of many years and thankfully, this has been a one-time experience. Most condos have been very clean and I have never been asked to cover credit card fees and I have always gotten my security deposit back in good timing.

Owner's Response: I am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. The guests arrived early before the assigned check in so the cleaners could not finish cleaning. I offered to have them return the same day or on Sunday and finish the cleaning but they chose not to have that done. In the listing it clearly states the international fees are covered by the guest so it should not have been a surprise. I also informed them when they booked the stay that the option to send a check in US funds would be a good method not to incur the fees. This guest is the first person to have a problem with their stay. By paying through the website on a credit card the funds are reversed to the owner after the stay. For some reason this did not work. In looking at the problem it may have been a debit card that would not allow the funds to repost. Once I was informed of the problem I sent the return funds via an electronic check that was not cashed. I canceled the check and sent another check register mail to ensure that the guest didn't lose another check. The cost of returning the funds was in excess of $60 and may have been a game the guest was playing. In reference to cleanliness of the unit, i checked with the next 2 guests to see if their was an issue and they both said it was perfect one guest informed me you could eat off the floors. It is disappointing to have a guest not enjoy their stay, I offered her a significant discount on a return trip. Not much more I can do.

What a wonderfully relaxing vacation we had. The condo was clean, updated, and had all the amenities we needed. Having all the beach toys there was super convenient. The shelling and sunsets made lasting memories, and there wasn't a shortage of things to do. Thank you.

Hard to beat!

This condo is in a great location with easy access to John's Pass and other shops & restaurants. The condo itself is very pretty & has a view that is hard to beat! We cooked several times and had everything we needed. Plus the owners have a variety of beach chairs & other beach items, including a nice canopy that would be ideal for a family! The balcony is large, which was fantastic for eating with a view of the water. We only had 2, but there is plenty of room for 4-6, maybe more if some are children. The beach itself is great for children, due to a large shallow area, particularly at high tide. Nelson was very responsive and made our visit worry free! We hope to return next year!

13% Florida Room Tax, $125 Management Fee, 15% additional for holidays, and Owner pays cleaning fee .

Reservation deposit is $200.00/week --- This deposit reserves the unit and also locks in your rate. For your reservation deposit, we accept check, cashier's check, money order, and credit cards.

Balance due: Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. We appreciate, if possible that everyone (not overseas) pay their balance by check, cashier's check/money order. The credit card fees that we pay as retailers are rapidly approaching 5%. Thanks for understanding. Guests are responsible for 100% of international fees.

Security/damage deposit: We also require a $250.00 security/damage deposit. Thus protection for the owner of the unit against damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, and can also be applied to any behavior fines incurred. This will be refunded 7 days after your stay.

Cancellation Policy: The preference is to find the guest another week that works better for them. We want to be fair to the guests AND fair to ourselves because we have taken our unit off of the market for the guest who reserved it and we are counting on their business. For a cancellation more than 120 days from arrival date, $175 of the $200 per week (minus any processing fees) will be refunded. Between 60/120 days, the refund will depend on our ability to rebook the week. If the week is able to be rebooked at full price, $100 of each $200 will be refunded (minus any processing fees) . Late cancellations of less than 60 days will receive no refunds. If extenuating circumstance exist please contact us and we will always try to work with guests.

Our unit is NON-SMOKING --- Smoking is permissible on the balcony, but not in the condo, not even with the windows open.* If a guest smokes in their rented condo, they will be charged their $250 security/damage fee. No exceptions.
