Garden apartment with 2 suites in Jurerê JUR21

Large apartment with balcony and private barbecue on Rua das Algas. Accommodates up to 4 guests in two suites.

Privileged location 300 meters from Jurerê beach, 800 meters from Open Shopping, supermarket and gym less than 1 km away.

We provide standard hotel bed linen and 1 bath towel kit per guest, in addition to 200 mega internet exclusively for apartment guests and a parking space.



PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory registration form completion outside of Airbnb for all guests after booking is closed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10 pm to 8 am; (4) It is prohibited to smoke and/or use illegal drugs inside the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not host pets.
