The accommodations offer a living room/TV integrated into the dining area and kitchen, arranged in a well-lit room that opens onto the balcony with barbecue.

The kitchen is equipped with appliances and basic utensils to prepare meals on site. There is a fridge, cooktop stove, microwave, coffee maker and sandwich maker.

Accommodates up to 2 guests in an air-conditioned room with air conditioning. It has a double bed, work station and space to store your belongings. A full bathroom with a hot shower.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) the delivery of keys, when necessary, is made at our office at the entrance to Florianópolis or at the airport / bus station; (2) Rental Hosts require mandatory registration form completion outside of Airbnb for all guests after booking is closed; (3) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (4) observe silence from 10 pm to 8 am; (5) it is prohibited to smoke and/or use illegal drugs inside the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (6) we do not host pets. Failure to comply with house rules is reason to terminate your stay immediately and/or charge for any damages, extra cleaning and condominium fees caused by breaching these rules.
