Enjoy the privacy of this "Pure Michigan" double house surrounded by acres of woods, with 200' of your own private beach. This secluded location is perfectly located halfway between Saugatuck and South Haven.

The house is in two sections, connected by a bridge. Each side has its own kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Perfect for two families to vacation together, or put the grownups in one section and pile the kids into the other section for a week of fun!

House is currently undergoing extensive renovations and furnishing upgrades, with all new beds, mattresses, and bedding in 6 bedrooms. Photos will be updated in May. Please reach out with any questions.

There is 1 King bedroom and 3 Queen bedrooms, plus a bunkroom that sleeps 6 and another bunkroom that sleeps 2. In addition, there is a daybed in the loft that can sleep an additional 2 people. The kitchens are well stocked and set up for entertaining a large group. Multiple living areas allow for larger gatherings or for quiet moments away from the crowd.

There are 90 easy steps down to the 200-foot private beach - perfect for using the 2 kayaks or 2 stand up paddle boards. Use the 18-foot floating mat to get the whole family out on the water!

High-speed Xfinity Internet with Wi-Fi access all the way to the beach allows you to stay connected, or you can leave your phone behind and relax off the grid. The house has central Air Conditioning for comfortable sleeping in any temperature.

The house is located right in the middle of "Lakeshore Harvest Country" - numerous wineries, breweries, quaint restaurants, farm stands, and antique stores, among other diversions, make for no shortage of things to do. Virtue Cider, Waypost Brewing, Evergreen Lane Creamery, Crane's Orchards, and Saugatuck Brewing Company among others make for fun outings.
