Premium location in building, just steps to the pools, yet away for privacy

Welcome to Beautiful Discovery Bay Resort, located on the waterfront downtown Kelowna.

Our Family Friendly Classic Suite offers one of the best locations in the building. Located on the pool level, just 200 feet away from the pool. Close enough for convenience, yet far enough away for privacy. Have young children? You will love the easy access, with sliding doors from the living room to your patio, where you will also find a pleasant grassy area for the young ones to play.

Our unit is fully equipped, including Cable, internet and a local phone line for your convenience. There is a tv in each bedroom, plus a 42" lcd in the Living Room.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, and a private ensuite with glassed shower.

The second bedroom/den has 2 twin beds (can be converted to a short King Bed on Request) and a tv in room.

Other items for your convenience include, library of books and music cds, 2 beach chairs, (please bring a few more) and 2 beach towels.

Sorry we do not allow pets of any kind to stay or visit. Smoking is our unit is not allowed, Discovery Bay Resort is now 100% non smoking anywhere on the property including our condo and our deck.

This resort has great ammenities such as 2 pools, one outdoor, and one indoor/outdoor, 2 hot tubs, sauna, gym and a clubhouse with ping pong and billards.

Free internet is also available in the clubhouse for shaw wifi users only.

U/G parking for 1 vehicle included, height restrictions of 6 feet 8 inches. No Studded tires! xparking for a fee if available. Please Ask owner.

Min 5 day high season. (less days is schedule has gaps, please ask)

May Long Weekend min 3 night stay. (Weekend Rates apply)

We reserve the right to decline any request.

Weekly rates are based on 1-5 persons. Max 6 persons including children, max of 4 being adults in unit.

Please be sure to read our rental terms prior to booking.

GST is added to rates. Cleaning fees of $125 are added to all stays.

What a beautiful place so bright and cozy. We most enjoyed having the yard area for our 2 year old. It was perfect not to be cooped on a deck.

What we loved most about this condo was the decor, felt like a beach resort. Kids loved the pool, the half in pool was a hit. A walk every morning to the bird sanctuary was also a highlight. Great place, thank you we hope to return in a year or so.





Very nice. We had a wonderful stay and found the condo very comfortable and the little extras were a nice surprise. Thank you for a great holiday. Next year we hope to come in July.

Very comfortable condo in a great downtown location

Our family of four had a great stay at this condo! We loved the both of the swimming pools and were able to walk to the waterfront as well as some of the downtown restaurants.

Both of the bedrooms were functional and very comfortable.

We would stay here again for sure.

Amazing condo !

Our stay here was fantastic, the place was stocked with anything we might need. The kitchen has everything for cooking . The place was so clean and there is an amazing pool on the ground floor that is wonderful for lounging on a hot summer day. Steph was great to deal with. Very easy getting in and out . Thank you for a great vacation we will be back next summer !!
