About the property

Note: I have two 2 Bed/1 Bath condos on this listing. I have another listed on Vacation Rentals ID# 7086223. You may be reserved in any of these three listings, depending on availability.

My cozy Salt Lake City condos are my home-away-from-home. I hope they can be yours too. When I travel, I stay here and do my best to provide the amenities of home. I’m a suburban girl with urban tastes, so I like to have easy access to the airport, easy access to downtown and a short drive to the best skiing in the world. Surrounded by beautiful trees outside the windows, I decorated this condo with the trees and greenery in mind. So, if you like the restful earth toned colors, and a tree house type feel, this condo is for you!

This condo features 2 bedroom/1 bath, a fully stocked kitchen including stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, full size fridge, dishwasher and a dedicated parking space for your vehicle. Minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, this is an ideal location. Just a short 2 mile drive, you’ll have access to the best dining Salt Lake City offers, great museums, grocery stores and shopping at the Gateway Mall. Oh! and a Trader Joe's just opened a few miles right up the road.

If you are here for business, you are just 2.33 miles/8 minutes from the Salt Palace Convention Center and have quick access to the I-80, I-215 and I-15 freeways. If you aren't interested in renting a car, no worries. A 10 min taxi from the airport, and you can catch the 516 bus around the corner and it takes you just a block from the Salt Palace or other convenient, downtown locations. Maps of the bus route and local ski areas are available in my directories located in the unit.

Whether it be for a sporting event, business meetings, a conference, LDS activites or Temple, this affordable condo is just a quick 10 minutes from all the downtown activities. For skiers looking to save some money, it’s just a 20 minute drive to the best snow on earth at Snowbird & Alta, Brighton & Solitude. Or for more winter action, just a 30 minute drive to Park City, Deer Valley & the Canyons. Snow Basin and Powder Mountain are just up the I-15 too (see my Ogden rental for these ski areas). Summertime brings great hiking, biking, fishing or day trips to Utah’s world-famous canyons.

Overall fine.

  • 3 of 5

There were 4 of us staying here and while it stated that it could "comfortably" fit 4, if it's friends staying together, I wouldn't try to fit any more than that as it was tight, especially trying to share the only mirror which was in the bathroom. Overall, it gave us what we needed: a place to sleep at night, shower, and be able to make ourselves breakfast. We didn't really love the neighborhood as we hoped to walk downtown but realized pretty quickly that may not be a great idea.

Close to downtown, cozy space

  • 5 of 5

This condo/apt is close enough to downtown (couple min drive) but yet far enough away from the downtown traffic. Neighborhood is so so. It wasn't horrible but i wouldn't feel safe walking alone. The space was cozy. Exactly what we needed and wanted for a week stay- beds, bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer. Pool not open, which was a bummer for our kids. I'd stay here again. Owner was great and communicated efficiently.

The apartment was very comfortable. It really felt like home. All you have to buy is what you are going to cook..the apt has everything you need. Lisa is wonderful, she immediately contacted us for our concerns. Modern decor....highly recommend it...

Would not stay there again

  • 1 of 5

I would not recommend this condo for a stay in Salt Lake City. it is not in a very good part of town. The complex had the cops there both nights we were there. It was not clean, and the bathroom sink leaked all over the towels. It is very small.

Great place to stay

  • 4 of 5

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Lisa's condo. Lisa responded promptly to assist us when help needed. Plenty of blankets and pillows for six family members to use (just bring some extra towels). Kitchen has everything available for cooking, serving, seasoning, and extra more. One thing missing is a bigger size television in the living room. Be nice to have one available for the older generations to see and hear things better. Condo is very clean. Also is very close to freeway intersections, Smiths grocery stores, and LDS Temple Square. We'll stay at Lisa's condo again.
