We are also a block away from the Riverwalk recreational trail. The house is a charming 1930's house with a fully fenced large, private yard. About Lisa G

We live just a couple of minutes up the hill from here. We own a small farm where we rescue sick or neglected animals. We have helped goats, chickens, ducks, dogs and cats. We enjoy traveling, but with so many animals my husband and I have to take turns vacationing.

Why Lisa G chose Puyallup

This house is filled with charm in a quiet neighborhood. It is a great, central location.

  • New September 2016. We just upgraded to a queen sized organic Nest Bedding mattress and pillows. They are wonderful!! The mattresses are all brand new, high end and comfortable. You'll feel like Goldilocks trying out all of the beds. Some are very firm memory foam and some are very soft pillow topped. They are all wonderful! We filled each room with freshly laundered luxurious linens.

Great house great location

  • 5 of 5

This was a great place for our crew. The house was very clean, well furnished, beds are comfortable. Neighborhood is nice. The owner even left a bowl of Halloween candy in case we wanted to answer door for trick or treaters. We highly recommend it!

Warm home & Great alternative to any hotel !

  • 5 of 5

A few of us stayed here while we came to WA to help friend remodel a fixer-upper. This older, warm, clean, cottage like home offered every amenity you'd want or need in a vacation home rental. We'd stay here again in heartbeat when back up here in future.

Prefect for our family

  • 5 of 5

We loved this quaint little house in Puyallup. It was in a quiet neighbor and in walking distance of restaurant and grocery stores. Lisa went above and beyond preparing the house for our family who was visiting from Japan. They loved it and staying in an American home.

Comfortable and convenient

  • 5 of 5

This house was a little gem for our family of four. It is well furnished with comfortable amenities, and just a few blocks away from the Riverwalk Trail, parks, and the restaurants and shops of downtown Puyallup. Communication was great with the owner.

Car: not necessary

This is a great central location. We can get to a nice, sandy beach in 10 miles, a beautiful lush forest with hiking trails in 15 and are just a couple miles from your choice of a few lakes. We are within walking distance to the Sounder, which is a great commuter train and the commuter bus stop is at the end of our street. If you want something to occupy more of your time, I highly recommend spending a day in Seattle enjoying the Pike Place Market, the Space Needle and the waterfront. Another great day trip would be Mt Rainier. The picturesque drive up there is half the fun! We are also a few miles from Wild Waves. It is a very popular water park with tons of rides.

Damage Deposit $200

I don't charge a cleaning fee with the expectation that you will return the house reasonably tidy. This usually works out really well. If you don't wish to clean, we have a housekeeper available for $175 each visit, up to four hours. If the house is returned with damages, excessive amounts of cleaning or missing items may result in me keeping your deposit or making a claim against your travel insurance.
