Charming Lauderdale by the Sea is a half-mile away and offers great restaurants like Basilic Vietnamese Grill, Joe Joe's Tacos, BurgerFi along with Keese's Mediterranean. One of the largest and best beaches in Fort Lauderdale is less than 1 mile from the property, easy walk on quiet side streets over the Inter-coastal. Historic Fisherman's Pier where you can eat on the Pier at Anglins Beach Cafe, watch the fisherman or try your luck at catching your own!
There is the Pelican Hopper a block from the property that is free and will bring you to and from Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. Wilton Manors is a short Uber or taxi ride away.

Alirio Pirela is known for the passion and creativity so evident in his work. He is committed to both the artistic and technical aspects of any design project, and he brings a broad experience and diverse background to bear in the realization of his innovative vision.
Alirio’s designs can be found in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Hollywood, New York, and Venezuela. He designs residential spaces that are warm, welcoming, and comfortable, yet that also communicate a keen, crisp and unique aesthetic sense. The spaces that Alirio creates share a classical sensibility. They are brought to life by a unique mix of modern and traditional furnishings, which he often designs himself, from custom sofas and chairs to rugs and accessories. He has degrees in Interior Design and Graphic Design, and he possesses excellent construction and craftsmanship skills, as well as an uncompromising attention to detail.
Alirio conceives of design as Language. A design tells a story, it conveys as much information about the people who use a space as it does about the space itself. A room evokes the past, it creates the present, and it sets the tone for the future. A well designed space brings people together in its story, and Alirio is adept at helping his clients give voice to their stories, and express them in unique and personal ways.
Alirio’s own story has been shaped by different places, cultures, and languages. He has lived in the US, Spain, France, Brazil, and Venezuela, and has spent considerable amounts of time in several other countries. He speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and has used other languages in his work and personal life. Each step of the way has left a mark on Alirio’s design aesthetic, and the diverse colors and textures of his life find expression in his work.

Just great! Always again.
We stayed here for three weeks, and it became a second home for us . The apartment has a well considered layout and a stylish, at the same time functional interior. Everything was very clean and tidy. Nice, quiet terrace with beach chairs, terrace furniture and a pool with daily maintenance directly in front of the door. The location is quiet, safe and close to restaurants and beach. The cleaning lady did a perfect job; she even came once during our stay, and the only thing she left untouched was the tip we had laid out for her. Alirio, the owner, is very friendly and attentive host., and we are looking forward to be here again very soon. Alirio, thanks for the great stay!

We arrived in the evening, opened the door and felt immediately at home! Arilio and Oscar were available to us as we needed otherwise we had total privacy. The property is in a perfect location. Right off Commercial avenue yet residential and quiet. 15 to 20 minute pleasant walk to the beach. Restaurants everywhere. If you like to be near the action yet have some peace and quiet, look no further. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again! It was exactly as advertised if not more. Thank you.
This perfectly appointed and pristine condition apartment provided a fantastic stay for us in South Florida. The apartment has everything you need, is clean, neat and well-stocked. The complex is quiet, has a nice pool and is a short walk to several great restaurants and stores. Above all, the owner is extremely responsive - couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back next year - thanks!
I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay away from the crowded South Beach area. The property was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. This location is right off the main strip with several restaurant, and tourist activity options. The owner, Alirio, was easy to contact and was very helpful in giving directions to the area. If you enjoy being in a secluded area with great amenities, that is close to the central tourist areas, then this is the place for you to stay.
Words can not express what a wonderful experience my husband and I had while staying in Fort Lauderdale. When we arrived not only did Alirio check to see if we had any issues, but there was also a Concierge who was waiting to greet us. Oscar is very helpful and will assist you in any way he can. If you like peace and quiet this is the property for you. Kitchen was fully stocked and the unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It was also a five minute drive to the beach. Property is also close to anything you might need including, gym, grocery stores, restaurants, etc... Two restaurants we enjoyed were Kaluz (one minute from beach) and Cafe Seville (great Sangria). I also was in need of a hair salon and was in walking distance to Bromo. It took about five minutes. Jason was my stylist and he did a fantastic job. My husband and I had a great time and would be happy to stay here again.

Tenant understands and agrees that it shall be the tenants' own obligation to insure tenant’s personal property. The
tenant will be responsible for all damages or breakage and/or loss to the premises, except normal wear and tear.
The rental property is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs
while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or
valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of
any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Please maintain reasonable noise levels at nighttime so not to disturb neighbors.
