Get ready for the home of a lifetime! Located in the gorgeous Emerald Island Resort, this heavily themed 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is sure to amaze kids and adults alike! All 5 bedrooms are themed with Star Wars, Frozen, Minions, Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse! This home also has a private pool and lanai, living room, full kitchen, laundry area and an incredible game room! Best of all, the home is a 5-10 minute drive away from Walt Disney World!
Guests also have access to Emerald Island's many amenities during their stay! These include:

There is a map of the resort inside the guest binder for your convenience.
*Pool heat is an additional fee of $30 a night. If you are interested in adding pool heat, please message us prior to your arrival. Pool heat is for every night of your stay - we can’t provide heating for only part of your stay. During the months of December-March 1st, pool heat may not be offered due to the lower than normal temperatures during the winter months.
*Access Passes: Guests must purchase an access pass at the clubhouse in order to enter and re-enter the resort throughout your stay. It’s $20 per vehicle.
When you first walk into the home, you are greeted by the entryway table. There you will find our guest binder, which has the house rules and other helpful information.
To the right of the front door is the first of the 5 themed bedrooms. Step into the magic of Harry Potter in this bedroom! With the brick walls, bookshelf curtains and the four flags representing the Hogwarts Houses, you'll feel like you've entered your Hogwarts common room! This room has a queen bed, two nightstands, two table lamps, a dresser, and a smart TV. This room also has a closet with hangers so you can have storage during your stay. Inside the closet, there is one pack and play, baby safety gates, crib sheets, a baby blanket, and the downstairs vacuum. There is also a second highchair in the closet.
Leaving the Harry Potter room and to the left of the front door, there are two doors to choose from. The door on the right leads to the first bathroom. This quaint bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, a sink and vanity, and a toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided to guests for their stays, thanks to the individual dispensers located in the shower. There is liquid hand soap in the bathroom as well for guests. This bathroom is equipped with the proper amount of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for guests to use during their stay, as well as a makeup towel.
In between the bathroom and the game room is the laundry room! This laundry room has a washer and a dryer that is free for guests to use during their stay. We provide a bucket of powder laundry detergent for guests to use. There is also a mop and bucket, as well as a broom and dustpan for guests use as well.
Leaving the bathroom and walking straight across the hall leads to the massive game room! This large space is perfect for families who want to wind down and have some fun! The game room has a pool table, a foosball table, an arcade fighters' game, and a TV set up with a PS4! There are two gaming chairs that can wheel around, and there is a high-top table and stools for those who want to watch and have a snack. There's also a variety of board games and card games in the game room, including classics like Monopoly, Yahtzee, Connect-4, chess, and Uno!
Leaving the game room and turning towards the entryway area will lead you to the rest of the downstairs area. The dining area has a lovely light fixture hanging above the table to provide lighting. This table can seat 6 guests, and is great for hosting a family meal!
Next to the dining area is the first entry to the kitchen. This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need: plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and tons of utensils and appliances for cooking! This kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer! Some of the smaller appliances available include a Keurig coffee maker, a griddle for pancakes, a Crock-Pot, a pressure cooker, a blender, and more! A selection of seasonings are available to use as well. Keurig coffee pods, tea, popcorn, and candy are provided for guests during their stay.
The living room is perfect for the family to gather! This spacious part of the home has a couch, a kids' play table, a coffee table, 2 floor plants, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV. Next to the kids' play table is a toy bin with some toys for the kids to use. These include LEGO DUPLO pieces, toy trucks, and a bowling set!
The doorway closest to the stairs is the Mickey Mouse master bedroom! This bedroom is all about the mouse! This room has one king bed, a smart TV, a nightstand, a lamp (along with an adorable Mickey plush), and a dresser. The ceiling lights in the bedroom are all directly above the headboards in the bedroom. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom.
The bathroom has a stand-alone shower, a garden tub, a toilet, and a sink and vanity. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided to guests for their stays, thanks to the individual dispensers located in the shower. There is liquid hand soap in the bathroom for guests as well. Upstairs are the three remaining bedrooms and one final bathroom.
The first room upstairs is the "Frozen" themed bedroom. Young fans will love the huge wall mural of Anna, Elsa, and all their friends from the hit Disney film! This room has two twin beds, a nightstand, a lamp, a dresser (watched over by the two Olaf plushies and Kristoff doll) and a smart TV. This room has a closet with hangers, providing storage during your stay.
Up next is the "Minions" themed bedroom. Your little ones will go bananas for this wacky and colorful room filled with wall-to-wall Minions! This room has two twin beds, a nightstand, a lamp, a dresser, and a smart TV. This room also has a closet with hangers, providing storage during your stay.
Located directly in the middle of the upstairs is the third and final bathroom of the house. This bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo, a sink and vanity, and a toilet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided to guests for their stays, thanks to the individual dispensers located in the shower. There is liquid hand soap in the bathroom for guests as well. This bathroom is equipped with the proper amount of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for guests to use during their stay, as well as a makeup towel.
The final bedroom of the house is the Star Wars bedroom! Get ready to feel like you're in a galaxy far, far, away with this bedroom! This room has a massive space mural on the wall where the headboard of the bed meets, and has several wall art pieces inspired by the legendary space fantasy! This room has one king bed with a light-up headboard, two nightstands, two lamps, a dresser (complete with a little Grogu) and a smart TV. There is a remote for the light-up headboard located on the nightstand. This bedroom also has a closet with hangers, providing storage during your stay. The closet also has a second pack-and-play, baby safety gates, crib sheets, a baby blanket, and the upstairs vacuum.
Located at the back of the house is the private screened-in lanai. This lanai includes the house's swimming pool and hot tub. There's also outdoor patio furniture, including a table and chairs set, perfect for eating a tasty meal out in the Florida sunshine. Speaking of tasty meals, this home has a propane BBQ grill! It is available upon request, and guests will need to notify us if they wish to use the grill. There is no charge for the grill, as it is guest maintained. This means that guests are responsible for filling the propane tank if needed and cleaning the grill. All grilling utensils are in the kitchen. Pool towels are also provided to guests for their stay. The pool towels are in the white basket located next to the sliding door in the living room.
Pool Cleaning: Our pool maintenance is done once per week on Tuesday. (subject to change depending on holidays) If you happen to be in the home, please be advised that someone will be there on Tuesday to clean the pool and if you are using the pool, you might have to stop using it while he is cleaning. This is done very quickly and in a manner that doesn’t interfere with your stay.
