The space
The Green Acres cottage boasts a large private driveway, enough for several vehicles. Enter through the gate of the fully fenced front and back yard and up the porch steps into the home. You’ll be greeted with a warm and inviting living, dining room, and work space. Grab a snack from the bowl and hang your jacket in the garment closet. The armoire has a smart tv, games, and playing cards. The comfortable velvet couch has storage under the chaise where you’ll find additional pillows and sheets. Some of the softest blankets are located in a floor basket and draped along the couch. Enjoy the remote lit lamp for a darker ambiance. The desk workspace is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker, filing basket and drawers where you’ll find extra USB cords. The dining area has four chair seating and a separate switch lamp over the table. Just off of the main living area is a small hallway leading to the bathroom and two bedrooms on either side. Soak in the tub and enjoy anything you may need including shower essentials, blow dryer, makeup towels and more. The hallway closet has a pac n’ play with mattress pad and sheets as well as other small items for children including a baby bath, toys, and nightlight. You will also find pet care items in this closet. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, a dresser, closet, chair, and side table with lamp. The windows are treated with sun filtering pull down shades and curtains. In the closets you will find velvet hangers and a personal fan. Each bedroom is also equipped with a remote controlled ceiling fan/light. Going back through the hallway and into the main living area, you will find another walkway into the kitchen. First you will see a door which leads downstairs to the basement laundry room. In the laundry room you will find a washer and dryer and drying rack as well as vaccuum, mop, and broom on the wall. Located on the metal shelving, please help yourself to the ironing board, detergent pods, dryer sheets and extra care products. Back up to the kitchen you’ll find a pantry and a fully stocked cooking space complete with a dishwasher, spices, and a thorough coffee cabinet. Coffee, tea, creamers, and sweeteners are provided. Just bring your own groceries! Outside the home, the backyard is the perfect fenced area for your little ones or pets to play but if you need more space, located just behind the house and a short walking distance you will find Green Acres park and the Acorn Trail where residents enjoy two brand new playgrounds, a covered pavillion, baseball field, basketball court, sand volleyball court and tennis courts. The Acorn Trail traverses through more than seven miles of the city in a gigantic loop, connecting several parks and more than a dozen landmarks, perfect for exercise, kids, and pets.
