This large, luxury 1350+ square foot elevator equipped condo includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, gourmet style kitchen with eating nook, and great room for entertaining or just relaxing.
There's plenty of room to gather, relax, eat or visit at the large kitchen island.
You have great views of the canal and Cape Coral's Eco Park, which is directly across the canal. You can watch the birds, fish and other wild life right from the privacy of your 2nd floor condo. In the winter months you might even see manatees, stingrays and even a dolphin or two. A recent guest writes, "....By the way we saw: Bald Eagle, Wild Pig, Several Sea Turtles, Small Gator, and Manatee up to 7 at once and saw them many times. Feel like socializing? This unit is just a short distance from the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and screen enclosed recreation area where lively conversation or privacy is totally up to you. The pool and enclosed recreation room are recently updated.
The pool is a large heated pool, with a heated hot tub, and plenty of space for sunbathing. The entire luxury gated community is surrounded on 3 sides by seawall and boardwalk. Salt water fishing is allowed, and there are plenty of redfish, snook, snapper to be caught. And if you are a boat lover, you will be interested to know that they have been adding boat slips and lifts around the seawalls since our canal photo was taken.
Next to the pool is the large screened recreation area, an open air gazebo, and 2 tennis courts. We even provide some basic fishing gear for our guests.
Our sleeping accommodations include a Queen sized bed in the master bedroom, a
Queen in bedroom #2, and (1) twin bed in bedroom #3. A complete laundry room is
inside the unit. High ceilings and a large great room will make your Florida home one that you will remember.
Did we mention that the unit is only a few years old, and newly redecorated and recently furnished? It is just like being the first in a brand new luxury residence!
Need to work, or just stay connected while you Play ? If you need to get some work done or just keep up with your social networking while your away, our fully functional office will be all you need to keep connected. Great condo and surroundings
A Swedish couple 60+ stayed at the condo for more than 1 month. We loved staying in this nice and quiet place very close to nature and a few minutes to the city. The listing of the condo was accurate regarding location, layout amenities and standard. The furnishing was nice, quite neutral and of very good quality. We appreciated the standard. A fully equipped office was a big plus. There was nothing we could have missed in the kitchen. The property was very clean and very well maintained. We have received a fantastic customer support. The owner provided us with a lot of advice and tips on "what to do" and "where to go". Contact with the owner was very easy and with a swift response. We have done trips to the islands. Sannibel, Pine Island and Bokeelia are beautiful and definitely worth to visit.There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. We will come back and we will recommend this property to our friends and family.

Well equipped, well planned, very clean and excellent condo.
A Swedish couple of 60+, stayed at the condo from mid-November to Christmas 2016. The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities. We found the condo very clean, well equipped and very well planned. The area is very quiet and nice. We appreciated morning walks along the canals. Less then 5 minutes to the grocery store. We especially appreciated the heated community pool. Communication with the owners was always simple and giving a fast response. The owners were very supportive and showed a great concern for us as guests giving many suggestions about restaurants and things to do. We are very happy to recommend the owners and the condo. Awesome! Home Away From Home!
My husband and I are long time vacationers of southern Florida, but this was our first visit to Cape Coral. This beautiful, well maintained condo is exactly as pictured and described. It is clean and nicely decorated. It is located in a gated community, waterfront, with a quiet Eco preserve across the canal. It is a short walk to the pool, hot tub, tennis and recreation room. It is close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The kitchen is especially well equipped with every possible cooking utensil you could use. The master bedroom and bathroom are large and the linens of good quality. A nice feature is the fully equipped office with computer, printer internet and wifi included. A washer and dryer within the condo was most appreciated. The owners were organized, professional and communication response was immediate. We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this rental and definitely plan to revisit.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable 3 month winter vacation in this Island Cove condo. The description that was provided of the condo was accurate except that the Oh-so-comfortable beds were not mentioned. Our first impressions walking in were a clean, well appointed unit with everything that was needed and where everything worked.
The condo is in the last building before the pool and is on the Honybear Canal overlooking an ecological preserve were nature is constantly in action. The people who rent in Island Cove are a congenial group if you want to join in; be alert for community events advertised on the bulletin boards outside the office. There are always things to do in Cape Coral and vicinity. We visited art shows, off broadway productions, musical reviews, markets, places of historical significance, and more restaurants than my waist line needed.
If you really like to eat breakfast, try the German BAM on 47th Street. And, you can't go wrong with any of the places on the list of restaurants the owner provides.
Remember, Cape Coral is not a beach community; it's a place to slow down, relax, and do your thing.
I would most definitely recommend this unit to friends and relatives.
We like it so much, we will be back next year.
