This 3-floor solid brick duplex was originally built in 1925. It is conveniently located within walking distance (15 minute walk) of both Churchill Downs and Louisville Cardinal Football Stadium aka L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium (10 minute walk), which you can see from the front lawn. We are also a 3-minute drive from the Kentucky Exposition Center.

Renovated in 2024, there are original hardwood floors throughout the property. Many other original fixtures have been restored and maintained, including the crystal door handles. Just ask, and I may let you check out the 100-year-old skeleton key we found that actually still works! Due to original configuration of the house, it is a snug fit between the original clawfoot tub and the toilet. However, we've had no issue thus far.

The master bedroom features the king size bed. There is an iron and ironing board for guests in this room. The second bedroom features two full size or double beds.

There is one sitting room and one living room, with a sectional and television.
