Relax on your private second floor balcony 80 feet from the ocean. Perfect for watching the sunrise, changing tides, waves, and beautiful sunsets. Condo is full of all basic necessities from towels, sheets, pillows, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, blender and coffee pot. Full size microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. This is a second floor - 3 bedroom/2 bathroom spacious condo located directly on the ocean! We are located on El Mirador Beach, we are closest to Manny's Beach Club/Restaurant. Less than 2 miles from the Malecon and restaurants. There is 24/7 gated security parking. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles only per condo. Upon checkin with the guards, they will provide you keys to your condo and a parking pass. There is a taxi that can be arranged with the security guards. The pool, spa, palapas and beach chairs are all public areas. You can text, email me anytime for anything that you may need during your stay. Enjoy your stay! Parking is provided for 2 vehicles only per condo. There is a taxi that can be arranged with the security guards. This is Mexico and the WIFI connectivity is nothing like the United States. The connectivity can be intermittent. There is no cable located at this property. The TV runs on WIFI to Netflix, YouTube, etc. I typically have had no issues when I am on the property. The elevator may or may not work. Due to COVID the waiting list for new elevators is a long time. You may have to utilize the stairs.
