Welcome to our Katama Delight! This is a newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home.

Enter through the bright red front door into a welcoming foyer with a large storage closet filled with games, puzzles and plenty of beach towels. The sun-filled family room has plenty of seating, and a brand new flat screen smart TV sits atop the gas fireplace. The dining table seats 6, but expands to seat more if necessary and a new beautiful light fixture complements the room.

The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Cuisinart dual coffee maker that takes pods, as well as brews your favorite roast (we recommend trying Chilmark Coffee Company), and a Cuisinart toaster. There is a small breakfast bar with 2 stools for extra seating. Everything you need to prepare meals at home or for a day at the beach is ready for you.

Accessed from the dining room, but separated by a beautiful new custom barn door is the sunroom. A relaxing place to read or watch some TV, or if you have to get some work done at the small workstation. The couch is also a queen-sized sofa bed for extra guests. Finishing out the main level is a full bathroom with a large, glass enclosed shower.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. Two rooms with queen beds, one room with twin bunk beds and one with a twin trundle bed. Each bedroom has a large closet and sizable dresser. The full bath has a family friendly tub/shower combo. Lastly, a large washer and dryer are located in the basement.

There is a large storage shed off the driveway that houses plenty of beach chairs, toys and umbrellas. We also have several bikes (3 adult and 1 child) for guests to use. Badminton and corn hole are also available. Please bring your own helmets! A brand new large outdoor shower awaits after a day at the beach.

The house has a large front yard with beautiful gardens and an expansive deck off the back. Cook some dinner on the gas grill and dine al fresco. A beautiful new table with umbrella and chairs are there to enjoy meals outside in nice weather.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the bike bath, 2 miles from South Beach, 1.5 miles from historic downtown Edgartown and 1.8 miles from Morning Glory Farm.
