This condo is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home located on the beautiful Dover Beach on the South Coast of Barbados near St. Lawrence Gap. No Smoking Is Permitted. This well-appointed condominium on the third floor is attractively furnished and enjoys breathtaking views of the turquoise blue Caribbean Sea and white sands of Dover Beach, stretching uninterrupted for more than 400 metres.

This tastefully decorated holiday rental features solid rich wood furniture with splashes of hot tropical colors creating the perfect Caribbean atmosphere. The master bedroom with king sized bed opens onto a private, covered 200 terrace overlooking two lagoon-style swimming pools and a fabulous view of the ocean and gently swaying palm trees. The open plan living and dining area also opens onto the spacious terrace inviting you to linger and enjoy the views and breeze. With ample room and stunning views of the aquamarine Caribbean Sea, the terrace is the perfect locale for dining alfresco in Barbados.

The master and second bedroom have modern en suite bathrooms featuring showers. The spacious second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third bedroom offers twin beds which can also be converted into a double ensuring couples or families can be suitably accommodated. There are also two double size sofa-beds in the condo, one in the living room and the other in the second bedroom. A third bathroom in the hallway is adjacent to bedroom three and features a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

A few steps away, the white, sandy Dover Beach (stretching uninterrupted for more than 400 metres) offers the ideal place to bask in the warm Barbados sun. Take a relaxing swim in crystal clear, sparkling waters. Lie on the soft sand and enjoy cool Caribbean breezes.

The Sapphire Beach condominium complex is within walking distance of Barbados's entertainment hub, St. Lawrence Gap, allowing quick access to the many amenities and excellent restaurants on the vibrant South Coast. Refundable damage deposit $833

1) Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

2) A damages protection deposit of C$1,000.00 is collected and held in addition to the rental fee for each booking. Subsequent to the guests' departure the cost to repair damages (if any) will be deducted from this amount. The remainder will be returned to the guest after seven days.

3) If a guest cancels 60 days or more before scheduled check-in date, 100% of payments made will be refunded with no penalty.

4) For cancellation between 59 and 46 days before scheduled check-in date, the penalty cost is equal to the 50% deposit. Any other amounts you have paid in excess of the 50% deposit are refunded.

5) For cancellation 45 days or less before scheduled check-in date there are no refunds.
