The fully furnished guest apartment has 750 sq. feet (69.68 sq. m) with private entry, very quiet and safe, just 8 short minutes to the ocean, nestled in an upscale, safe community. The rental consists of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 people in a queen size bed, an extra storage area and spacious closets. The 1 bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with marble walls and floor. The living room is spacious with a black Italian leather couch and seat, a dining area, a 42 inch TV and DVD player and free high speed Wi-Fi. The travertine floors are throughout the living room to the fully equipped kitchen and small breakfast area for two.
No need for a car to enjoy the local beach life and activities. Visitors from all over the world come to spend their vacation on our wide, beautiful sandy beach with fantastic sunsets. We are within walking distance to Hermosa, Redondo and Manhattan Beach piers.
There are lots of summer activities and concerts. You can enjoy the beach, swim, boogey board, use our tennis and basketball courts and practically walk to everything. You can make your own relaxing or active vacation.
A bike and car rentals are just around the corner for visiting other famous attractions.
We are steps to stores, restaurants, cafés, entertainment, Green Belt park and short minutes walk to the beautiful, large and sandy beach.... "your front yard".
I am European born and educated and got to come to sunny California and live the American dream of living and working in a resort like area which is Hermosa Beach. I am still traveling every year to Europe, so I represent both worlds. I love to share the bottom part of the villa with vacationers that love to enjoy fantastic wheather practically year round, take a walk to the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets or just be active and take part in numerous events our city and neighboring cities, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach have to offer.

I have been living in this villa since our family has build it in 2002. Hermosa Beach has been my home since 1986, where I had a business for many years and now I practice Real Estate. Beach Cities and the South Bay are my area of expertise. I love it here because it is the quintessential beach living and working, sunny and warm, beautiful weather most of the time and I am very fortunate to be part of this hidden gem. I practically don't need a car, because everything is in walking distance.
Our vacation rental is your hide away gem from home. Private, safe, quiet, very central location and is the ideal hub for all your adventures. So many choices - you can keep it local without the car, relax and take it easy, just steps to the Green belt park, minutes from the beautiful large sandy beach.... or you can be a part of the local dynamic scene on the Pier, where most of the events take place. I can help you to get to your points of interest, bike and car rentals are just steps away... The property was very close to the beach( walking distance) few minutes. It was a very cute, clean space and had everything you need to feel at home. The landlord was very welcoming and was available if needed. I recommend this rental as a great getaway time to relax and for me catch up and reminisce with my lovely daughter.
Property was as advertised. It was clean and convenient for us. There were a couple of aggravations, but nothing major. We would definitely stay there again.
My girlfriend's parents were visiting from Thailand and stayed at the apartment. It's very clean and comfortable with modern appliances. Asenka was very hospitable and accommodating and gf parents were very happy to stay here.
We found this property to be in a good neighborhood and felt safe walking around both daytime and night. It was delightful to be welcomed by the property owner upon our arrival and she was available any time we had questions. The rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Some grocery supplies were on hand when we arrived. The location was close to the beach communities we were visiting and basic places like drugstores and grocery stores were close.
The only downfall we noticed was that the whole neighborhood suffers from a shortage of parking, both on and off street. Parking places marked in the street were very tight for a standard sized vehicle. Asenka, the owner, was gracious in helping us find parking spaces when we could not find one.
We would not hesitate to rent the facility again if we were in the area. It was very nice to have a nice and accommodating owner on site.
We recently traveled to visit our son in Hermosa Beach for ten days. This home had a great location. Not only was it close to the beach, restaurants and shopping it was only one and one-half blocks from our son's home. The homeowner was easy to work with and very accommodating with our needs.
We would definitely stay there if we were going back.
Our favorite restaurant was Captain Kidd's in Redondo Beach. Great Sea Food!
Great location, very close to restaurants and other shops and businesses. It is just a couple of blocks from the beach. The apartment is very nice and quite, a great place to relax and unwind. This is the best place stay in Hermosa Beach.
