Welcome to our tastefully upgraded and vacation outfitted two bedroom, one bath, 7th floor condo with Ala Wai Canal & cityscape views. It is a short stroll to the beach, local eateries, and shopping.

Located at the gateway to Waikiki, with easy access to the Kalakaua Avenue Strip, and just across the canal is Honolulu's offerings, including Ala Moana Shopping Center and beach park, local eateries, markets and stores. Enjoy the best honolulu and Waikiki have to offer. Waikiki beach via Fort DeRussy Park is two and a half blocks off, 8-10 minutes on foot. Vacation like a tourist, live and dine like a local from this versatile location!

The condo is outfitted with all you'll need for a comfortable stay. Your suite has central air conditioning, free Wifi, digital cable HDTV with free Showtime movie channels and free nationwide and Canada telephone service. On-site parking available for a nominal fee (must be reserved in advance, as available). There is also a public garage the next block over.

Nice floor plan and separation between bedrooms for added privacy. The master bedroom has sliding panels which open up to the living area and looks out to the view. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and in the second bedroom one full and one twin sized bed.

Beach gear, including beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, beach bag and boogie boards are provided. Pool on the lobby level has two BBQ grills for guest's use.

(Note: We generally do not accept advanced bookings under 6 nights, unless under 30 days to the arrival date).

Note: Unfortunately, we won't accept reservations (check-in/checkout dates between Dec. 23-Jan. 3rd) since we are over capacity and unable to accept bookings with check-in/checkout dates between Dec. 23-Jan. 3rd. We accept reservation check in on Dec. 22 or before and check out on Jan. 4 or after.

NOT WHAT WE THOUGHT WE WERE GETTING

I'll keep it short. Your welcome for the new shower curtain (when we got there it was so bad that we went to Walmart bought one and changed it ourselves). Your also welcome for the new bowls and wok (if your going to supply guest with cooking supplies I suggest you do a better job). I think its important you also mention that the laundry isn't free or directly in the unit but in the hallway and used by other units as well. The pictures for sure need to be updated because the unit also no longer looks that new I'm sorry to say. Upon our stay and on the first day the ceiling started to leak badly and the WiFi wasn't working. The ceiling got fixed right away but now there's 2 tiles missing from the ceiling so you can see the pluming which kind of make you feel more dirty then you might be before you shower. The Wifi took a couple of hours but it was still the same day. The biggest issue we had though was the noise if your going to sleep with your window open for some fresh air GOOD LUCK all day and all night all you hear is cops, fire trucks and EMS. WOW JUST WOW. The only good thing was we were no more then a 10 min walk from Waikiki beach, central to shopping and many other things. But seriously if your planning to spend time in the condo like we did due to the group of people we were traveling with I would seriously think twice.

Nice stay but could use some TLC

Our family of six enjoyed the condo during our stay. Good location to Waikiki (but keep in mind the building is on a busy street so you can hear the street traffic from the master bedroom). Our arrive didn't start well when we figured out the property management only sent the lock box code for the parking but not for our room. My wife had to call Primo and cleared up that snafu quickly. The condo is close to a few restaurants, over half a dozen ABC stores, two 7-11's within 5 block radius. The beds themselves were comfortable. The sofa bed was actually a futon that gave more support than the sofa beds you find in many hotels. The kitchen came in handy to fix our own meals or bring back take out food and take a siesta afterwards. There were enough dishes and silverware for six but would have been nice to have an extra chair or two. There should be instructions for connecting to the WIFI. I had to squint to read the SSID and passcode off the router. The beach towels came in handy to watch the hula show at the Marriott, going out to the beach and watching fireworks at the Hyatt. There were boogie boards, umbrellas and not so clean cooler at our disposal. The pictures sort of matched the rooms but sometime years ago. I second the comment from other reviewers about the bathroom ceiling needs some TLC. I understand humid weather takes a toll on metal surfaces but for example replacing the shower rod, rings and curtain is simple fix to keep the gross factor down. The painted surfaces are starting to get worn and dirty. It was strange you can only lock the deadbolt from the inside, the key doesn't work from the outside (easy fix). I would classify this as a budget condo and not some overpriced luxury hotel room but the owner should make small investments to keep up appearances. We would rent again for the value and hopefully the condo gets some freshening in the meantime.

Not for us

I had to call because i found the wall right beside the bed filthy and the tub was dirty. They came promptly to clean. But again it was not cleaned to my standards the vents and ceiling fan were super dirty. The pool in the building to me was not useable as there was algae all over the ground of the pool. We saw the pool guy clean it once but from the surface not the bottom of the pool. I did not allow my 11 month old to use the pool. Thank goodness we were close to the beach but because my husband was home bound due to injury he couldnt enjoy hawaii pool life.

Good value for the money.

The condo was in a very central location. It was clean and had lots of extras that would have cost more such as Boogy boards, beach towels, regular and beach umbrellas and lots more. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom roof was in need of a little TLC but otherwise everything was in great shape. The regular residents of the condo were very friendly. I would stay there again.

Lobby, pool and elevators need updating

Convenient location. The room was spacious, clean and nicely remodeled. Beds were comfortable. The shower water wasn't as hot as we would have liked. The key and parking system need work. Fortunately the phone number provided connected to a live person with details because no code or parking info for building was found in email.

Good location. Family friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. 4 adults and two children. The condo is in a great location especially if you like the city. We hiked and visited the north quite a bit but we would definitely stay here again.

The one thing I thought we had was a washer and dryer. It's one of each for the whole floor and when other floors breakdown the tenants will come to your floor. Also we only had a key to the door knob. No key to the deadbolt. I like my deadbolts to lock. That's an easy fix though.

The place is decent. We don't really stay at our room much but when we do we have everything we need.
