Royal Aloha is located in a versatile location at the gateway to Waikiki at 1909 Ala Wai Blvd., which is just off of the Kalakaua Avenue. It's a short walk to the Waikiki beach, or hop across the canal to Honolulu's favorite market and many local eateries. We provide beach gear, including boogies boards, beach chairs and a beach parasol. Your suite features HDTV with cable and Showtime Movies, free telephone and Wifi to relax and stay connected while enjoying your stay in paradise.
The master bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has one full and one twin sized bed. There is a sofa-bed in the living room so you can sleep up to six persons. Save over hotels and enjoy use of the full kitchen stocked with quality cookware.
There is on-site parking if you decide to rent a car, or get around on Honolulu efficient public transportation 'The Bus'. (On-site parking must be reserved in advance).
There is a pool on the lobby level, which has two BBQ grills. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

OUR 5 DAYS STAY AT ROYAL ALOHA
We had a remarkable and enjoyable stay in Hawaii and were able to save a little cause we didn't have to buy cook food all the time. We were able to eat breakfast at the property & the place didn't come short of my expectation. The stores were accessible and our location was in a very nice area. I will definitely recommend the place to any of my friends who'd be looking for a place to stay in Hawaii.
Noisy due to windows but great location
It's a noisy apartment due to the type of windows. Other than that, contact with the owner and the property manager was great when needed when we were in town. The included towels, kitchen appliances and house sitting was great. Close enough to other hotels and Waikiki activities
5 Adults for a 7 day stay...we had a great time...the condo had everything we needed...we did have to work on the bathroom schedule lol but no big deal...the beds are comfortable even the sofa bed...the building is very secure you have to use your key to even go up the elevator...nice neighborhood within walking distance to all attractions in Waikiki...public transportation is good here...but we had rental car to see all of the island...loved the north Shore and the east where the light house is...these places are what I think Hawaii should look like tropical...last thing best place we are was Duke's
Clean, organised and just what we needed
We stayed for nine nights in March. This was our first experience going abroad (we're from the UK), so had no idea what to expect. The apartment is knitted out with almost everything you'll need, including plenty of snorkel gear, beach toys and a couple of body boards. Having two sets of towels was very useful and the washing machine/dryer are quick and very close by. I would say there isn't a lot of cutlery if six people are staying, like there were with us, but we made do. The stereo in the bedroom has a USB connection which made charging phones etc. much easier for us. The owner ensures you have everything you'll need for cleaning up and there is plenty of bed linen. We could have done with instructions on how to use the sofa bed in the living room, in the end we had to google it, but maybe that's a British thing! Overall I would recommend. The location is good. Not too close to everything going on, but not so far away that you can't walk easily. There is a 7eleven and a couple ABC stores right on the doorstep, with plenty of others shops, restaurants and bars very close by as well. We didn't use the pool, rather headed to the beach, so can't comment on that.

Nice condo with all you need for a great stay in Honolulu. Though there is no real Windows in the condo which means that there is a lot ofnoise from the Street.

Out-cleaning fee: $140
Security deposit: $200 (refundable in about 10 days after check out)
25% rental deposit to book a stay and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Pls. note there is a 2.5% processing fee for foreign credit card payment processing (anytime the bank is located outside of the U.S.).
Note that we do not accept short stay bookings under 6 nights well in advance. If under 30 days there is a 2 night minimum, and we offer a late booking discount if under 30 days to arrival date. Note: if we have an opening in our calendar we will gladly make an exception for a stay under six nights if there are only a limited no. of days available (under the six night minimum).
We offer generous discounts for extended stays and last minute bookings. Email us your inquiry (rather than calling) for a prompt quote.
Max six persons occupancy (including children) as per condo association house rules.
On-site parking is $18/day, reservable and payable in advance. Pls. indicate if you want to request on-site parking. Availability is limited.
