Royal Aloha Two Bedroom Condo

Our Royal Aloha two bedroom condo is completely remodeled, with granite countertops, hardwood cabinets, all new furnishings. It is completely outfitted with all your need for a comfortable stay.

Located at 1909 Ala Wai Blvd., Royal Aloha is close to both Waikiki and the best places in Honolulu as well. A short walk to Ala Moana shopping center and beach park. Waikiki beach is a leafy walk through Ft. DeRussy Park, about 8-10 minutes on foot.

The condo features a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, a full and a twin bed in the second bedroom. Stay cool with central air conditioning, or the nice trade wind breezes. Keep yourself entertained in the evening after a day at the beach watching digital TV or Blu Ray movies on the HDTV.

On the main lobby level there is a pool with two gas BBQs. There is a laundry room on each floor.

There is a good public bus system (The Bus). If you decide to rent a car, we have on-site parking which can be reserved in advance, or there is a public garage next door with overnight parking.

Please note that we do not accept bookings under 6 nights far in advance, unless under 30 days to arrival.

Basic, Clean, Comfortable and Well-located

This 11th floor condo is a short walk from the beach but doesn't lack in views. You can see the ocean in the distance when on the lanai and the buildings across are pretty in the evening. To the right you see the lagoon and the small bridge that links the Waikiki and Honolulu areas. The building itself is older which means it has concrete walls instead of flimsy ones. The suite has been updated. It is not high end but it works. There is no dishwasher... The beds are comfortable and there are extra pillows and blankets. There is a card to use for the laundry machines which are just down the hallway. The noise is the emergency vehicles that have to come over the bridge to get to the area. Otherwise the building is quiet. There are many permanent residents in this building, some who have been here since it was built! The manager responded to the request the same day we sent it and was very good to work with. Everything was as pictured. Check in and check out was very easy. It might be crowded for 6 but for 4 was just right.

It is very clean, functional and basically equipped--for that we were thankful!

Location met our needs! While ithe traffic was noisy at times, we liked it being a step away from the throngs. The building itself was quiet!

private condo on 11th floor

good views from private condo , good eating places near by . being on corner of ala wai blvd and mc cully st meant a fair bit of traffic below which was a bit noisy some times . but i did get to use one of the body boards when the surf picked up . and the wifi was good .

Note that we do not accept short stay bookings under 6 nights well in advance. If under 30 days there is a 2 night minimum, and we offer a late booking discount if under 30 days to arrival date. Note: if we have an opening in our calendar we will gladly make an exception for a stay under six nights if there are only a limited no. of days available (under the six night minimum).

We offer generous discounts for extended stays and last minute bookings. Email us your inquiry (rather than calling) for a prompt quote.

Max six persons occupancy (including children) as per condo association house rules.

On-site parking is $18/day, reservable and payable in advance. Pls. indicate if you want to request on-site parking. Availability is limited.
