Welcome to our 19th floor ocean view condo at Waikiki Lanais. Tastefully upgraded and featuring tasteful tropical furnishings and vintage local artwork. This high floor unit has a specious lanai looking out to surf-break ocean views, with golf course and mountain views from the master bedroom, and has nice trade-in breezes blowing down from the Koolau Mountains into Waikiki. Relax in 830 spacious interior square feet of space with modern comforts and entertainment system.
Waikiki Lanais is a visitor-friendly building, and meticulously maintained by real nice people. There is a free, reserved parking stall included in case you want to rent and explore the island.
Waikiki Lanais is close to all the best of Waikiki; an easy five minute stroll to the prime area of Waikiki beach known as Kuhio Beach (by the Duke Statue), and closely situated to Kuhio Ave. and the Kalakaua Avenue boardwalk. The Food Pantry market is five minutes away, as is King's Village open market selling local fruit and baked goods on weekday afternoons.
This two bedroom, one bath suite features a comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and a full-sied and a twin bed in the second bedroom for versatility. There is a high quality pullout sofa bed in the living room if an extra sleeping option is needed.
Your suite features a 46' Samsung Smart TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, digital cable TV with free Showtime Movie channels. Stay connected with Wifi high speed internet and free local and Canada telephone calling. There is air conditioning in each room.
Fully-outfitted kitchen with granite counters, features a gas range and is fully-stocked with quality cookware, blender, BBQ tongs & utensils and even a rice cooker. We provide everything you need for the beach; including beach towels, beach chairs, parasol, a cooler and body boards so you can step out and ride the waves.
One free reserved, covered parking is included, so you can venture around the island if you get a rental vehicle. We also provide guests with our own custom island guide "Kimo's List".
Waikiki Lanais is a quality, visitor-friendly condo which has great amenities, including a rooftop barbecue & sunning deck with panoramic ocean and island views. The pool deck features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a fitness room.
Note that Waikiki Lanais has undergone over a million dollars in upgrades to the pool deck, including the pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, pool deck shower and these are all recently completed. The Rooftop sunning and barbecue deck and lounge counter upgrades are also now completed for guests to enjoy!

Great visitor-friendly condo in a great Waikiki location. Our condos are designer upgraded and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A short stroll to the prime part of Waikiki beach known as Kuhio Beach, Canoes.
Spacious and comfortable, with for more to offer than a nearby more expensive hotel. Gourmet kitchen, 840 square feet of space, ocean facing views, rooftop BBQ's, pool and jacuzzi, and more. Hotels cannot match these offerings.
Overall, the place was everything we hoped for. The beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, and umbrellas were very thoughtful.
Was looking for a 3BR but none avail so this was a little small for 5 adults but it was exactly what they advertised. Great location, great amenities. I have elevator motion issues and this one was smooth and enjoyable. AC worked fine. Mostly clean, just a few issues. A couple of dirty dishes in cupboard, rug could use a vacuum before we arrived, otherwise a nice setup. A new couch would be nice as the current one is not very comfortable but I guess with the great weather, all our time was outdoors anyway. Toilet needs a new flusher and lanai door was sticky. These were not big enough problems to stop us from enjoying the fantastic views, pool/hot tub, Bbq rooftop and short walks to the beach and restaurants. Overall a positive experience. ALOHA

Close to Beach/Restaurants/Shopping. Nice place to stay with great Bbq area. Air conditioning was loud and shame pool was unavailable even though we were informed regarding this. Many thanks

25% rental deposit to book a stay and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Pls. note there is a 2.5% processing fee for foreign credit card payment processing (anytime the bank is located outside of the U.S.).
Note that we do not accept short stay bookings under 6 nights well in advance. If under 30 days there is a 2 night minimum, and we offer a late booking discount if under 30 days to arrival date. Note: if we have an opening in our calendar we will gladly make an exception for a stay under six nights if there are only a limited no. of days available (under the six night minimum).
We offer generous discounts for extended stays and last minute bookings. Email us your inquiry (rather than calling) for a prompt quote.
Max seven persons occupancy (including children) as per condo association house rules.
