Welcome to our amenity-rich Waikiki Lanais two bedroom, one and a half bath condo. This is a high floor, deluxe upgraded condo looking out to the iconic Diamond Head. It includes free Wifi, free US and Canada telephone calls, a high def TV with DVR, and a reserved parking stall. You will love relaxing in this fully outfitted ultra-modern condo with custom tropical appointments after a long day at Waikiki beach, nearby Kapiolani Park or hiking up Diamond Head crater. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all you need, including a gas range and even a Nespresso espresso maker - pods provided (!). With HDTV with a DVR and free Showtime Movie channels, free Wifi and an assortment of beach gear, there is no comparison to nearby cramped hotel rooms and a tiny kitchen. The spacious lanai has table and chairs so you can enjoy al fresco dining each morning, or relax on the outdoor club chairs while having a cocktail in the evening.

From this central Waikiki location a car isn't needed, but in case you do rent one to drive around the island, a reserved and covered parking stall is included.

Waikiki Lanais is a five minute stroll to the prime part of Waikiki beach (Kuhio beach, by the Duke statue), and close to the Kuhio and Kalakaua Avenue boardwalks. Centrally located in Waikiki, enjoy all Waikiki has to offer. The Food Pantry supermarket is five minutes away, along with endless amounts of cafes, restaurants and shopping galore on Kuhio Avenue and the Kalakaua Boardwalk.

Your suite features a king sized bed in the master bedroom, with ensuite custom upgraded bathroom and tub and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has one full and one twin bed in the second bedroom. The living room has a deluxe pullout sofa bed in case you need an additional sleeping option.

Waikiki Lanais is a visitor-friendly condo with lots of great amenities. The rooftop barbecue deck has Weber barbecue grills, tables and seating and also sun lounging seating from which you can relax and enjoy the panoramic ocean to mountain views. The pool deck has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a small fitness room.

Please note that we don't accept advanced bookings under six nights, unless it's under 30 days to the arrival date, in which case we gladly offer a discount for late bookings.

Great location

I don't want to repeat other reviews here. But, the apartment was clean and neat. A few weird things about it however. The shower is a tub/shower claw foot tub. It is extremely difficult to get into the tub. And you have to pull the shower curtains all the way around you so that the water does not leak onto paneling. That was kind of gross, since it didn't give you a lot of room once you were taking a shower.

I think owner should both reconsider having wood paneling in bathroom, so close to water, and also reconsider the kind of tub he has in there. Once in the tub, it seemed very flimsy, as well. Also, the towel holders in the bathroom were loose, probably from people grabbing onto them for balance getting into the tub or climbing out. There was a brita water pitcher in the fridge, but no filter in the pitcher. Nice to have the nespresso machine. The air conditioning units are window units. The one in the bedroom with 2 beds doesn't work well at all. It stayed warm in that room all night. The parking spot in the garage is very, very tight. But, if you want to go out in Waikiki, this apartment is close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. Plus, there are a lot of ubers.

Beautiful appartment in great location

The apartment was just as pictured and very close to everything in Waikiki. The apartment was beautifully decorated with everything you could need including swimming equipment. The facilities in the building are great including new lifts. The apartments are very quiet. Only problem we had was the plug in the kitchen sink so I think we did very well. Great value for money with great wifi, pay TV etc.

One warning for Australian travelers coming in early there is nowhere to leave bags and no way to enter the building early. We were lucky enough to meet a fellow Aussie traveller who let us put put cases in his unit until we could get in.

Love the view, love the space

This property has everything you need to include great appliances, beach supplies (double check equipment before going to beach with it, as some items for snorkeling were missing or broken), spacious living room, and bedroom.

The view is great with larger than normal size balcony!!!!

It is within walking distance to Waikiki and shops!

The property management staff were very helpful and always responded within few hours. Biggest thing I would recommend anyone is buy larger size trashbags as soon as you arrive. Condo come with few trashcan liner but not heavy duty. Trash chute was stuck so that caused some clogged trash. But that is just small tip for future renters.

Great place with great price, you won't be disappointed!!! Definitely will rent again as I am a frequent Hawaii visitor.

Highly recommended!

This review is based on four adults and one three year old traveling.

I've travelled to Waikiki a number of times and this property has by far exceeded even those stays in 5 star hotels. It has EVERYTHING you need from snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, board games to keep you entertained, cable tv and free wifi. Not to mention the kitchen comes fully equiped. I'd dare say the kitchen is so well stocked that it beats my kitchen at home.


Location! Just a short walk to the heart of Waikiki. Food pantry is literally less than a 5 minute walk to stock up on supplies.

Space and comfort for larger groups, with a storage room and closet to house luggage and other personal items. Also has a huge balcony and decent sized kitchen.

Beach gear - all the beach equipment you'll need. No need to pay for expensive hire. It's also quality equipment.

Airconditioning and car parking. Honestly I could rave on about all the good things this apartment has but I think you get the picture.

Negatives (more room for improvement):

The main room could have a second tv, so when traveling with a group you can have some time to yourselves.

Not being able to drop luggage off early when arriving early, as when staying in a hotel. But hey, it is a vacation rental after all.

Thank you to all the staff at Primo Hawaii Properties for making our stay so homely. Can't wait to come back and rent another property through you. We all couldn't have pictured a better place to stay.

Nothing is better than having great guests and hearing that they had a great stay. Yes, we make sure all our units are fully stocked with quality cookware, and beach gear including body boards, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach parasol, a cooler box, etc. Pls. note that depending on the departure time of an outgoing guest (if there is one on the day of an incoming guest), we do allow you to drop off luggage to the unit after 11 a.m., at the latest. And if we have no outgoing guest that day we are glad to allow an early check-in, so long as we can schedule our housekeepers to prep the unit the day before. Aloha, Jim
