Really beautiful apartment and Sari is extremely accommodating! Everything I could have needed was there. Great location and the apartment is a corner spot and complex itself is very quiet. House was very clean and all the cleaning supplies you could need are included. 15 minute walk to the Pearl District and 10 minutes to the waterfront. You do have to pay for parking, but two lots that are on the same block are available. Air conditioning unit is wonderful. Only issue was the wifi, but other than that the place was just what I needed for my 8-week stay.
Great Location, Value, and Customer Service
This roomy studio apartment has both the charm and challenges of a renovated space. The apartment is clean and bright with modern furnishings, as depicted, including a comfortable bed. I walked to a supermarket (across the street), shopping, theaters, restaurants, food carts, farmers' markets, art museum, history museum, PSU, professional soccer stadium, the river front, and public transportation stops (bus, light rail, streetcar). A challenge is the (cozy and comfy) gas room heater for cool weather, but in warm weather, there is an electric fan, or open window, or a window air conditioner unit, and shutting off gas heater pilot light. My spring visit included both weather conditions, so which to use?! An open window or air conditioner unit does allow in more street and streetcar noise. My advice--work with the owner about gas heat or window a/c, or both; bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper; and enjoy the great location. Another challenge--the charming, but erratic building elevator. You might need to use the (secure) stairs. I stayed for several weeks here, and hope to do it again. The owner is responsive and hospitable! Many pluses; minor minuses!

Amazing loft downtown
I can't say enough good things about this cute loft. It was clean and modern and everything looked new. It was stocked with everything that we needed (even cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc). The kitchen is great and completely stocked for cooking. The bed is comfortable and the couch is awesome too, and also turns into a bed. There is a smart TV with Netflix included which was an added bonus!
It is located in the heart of downtown, walking distance to everything, with a Safeway across the street. Theres no parking, but there's a lot across the street that has a monthly rate of $220 if you have a car.
Sari was great to work with - professional and quick to respond. If you're looking for a home away from home in Portland, this is it! Thank you for everything Sari!
