First floor features Double Living room with 3 sofas and additional chairs, Large flat screen TV, Double Dining room that seats up to 20, and full kitchen, the open floor plan offers a great place for everyone to spend time together. Access to front patio, a great place relax and enjoy your morning coffee, you'll be the envy of everyone. No need to rush here, the Beach is just steps away. The ground floor also features a Slate patio with built in gas grill and hot tub added in 2011. Guests can't wait to return year after year as this property in constantly upgraded for the ultimate Rehoboth Beach vacation.

Need a little privacy, there are also 3 bedrooms on the first floor including 2 Master Suites. Bedroom 1 - Master Suite has King size bed and private bath, convertible Daybed, offers additional seating by day, and sleeping accomodations at night. Flat screen TV. Room has own access to slate patio with Hot tub.

Bedroom 2 - Master Suite has queen size bed and a private bath with a spectacular rounded shower. Flat screen TV.

Bedroom 3 has twin size bunk beds and additional twin bed to comfortably sleep 3 guests. TV.

The second floor has another large Living room area (seats 20) and an outside deck with great ocean views. Take the Spiral staircase to the rooftop deck and see all of Rehoboth Beach. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, Bedroom 4 has queen size bed and access to 2nd floor deck and new flat screen TV added in 2012.

Friend surprise bday

The house was awesome. Great space, hot tub, awesome location, easy parking (we were there off season). Directions were clear and easy.

Fabulous property and host

The house is beautiful, thoughtfully laid out, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space for a large group. We particularly appreciated the two large common areas and the multiple decks that allowed us to spread out when we needed some quiet time and congregate when playing games/socializing. You couldn't ask for a better location in Rehoboth. The house is next to the beach/boardwalk and within a 5 mins walk to shops/restaurants but on a quiet street. David was an amazing host - kind, thoughtful and super responsive to all our questions/requests. We will be back again for sure!

Perfect Location!

Stayed with a group of friends, and we like to park the cars and walk to beach, restaurants, and shops and this was perfect. Beautiful ocean view, multiple indoor and outdoor hang out areas - really wonderful.

Great Place

Great, large house with excellent location. Enjoyed the ocean views from decks. Very clean. Almost no paper products though like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags so be sure to bring own. Would definitely stay again particularly with large group.
