Totally remodeled 20th floor two bedroom, one and a half bath condo, with lots of great amenities! This high floor suite has Diamond Head and surf break ocean views from your living room or spacious lanai with newly laid Marazzi tile. Eat in or enjoy al fresco dining on the lanai with full size table and seating. In case you feel like preparing meals in the fully-stocked kitchen has a gas stove and solid surface quartz counters.

Tucked away in a cozy neighborhood and ideally situated in Waikiki; a short 5 minute stroll to the prime area of Waikiki beach known as Kuhio Beach (by the Duke Statue), and right off Kuhio Avenue and the Kalakaua Avenue boardwalk for easy access to shops, dining and the Waikiki nightlife or street entertainers. The Food Pantry market is five minutes away, as is King's Village and its open market selling local fruit and baked goods on weekday afternoons. Kapahulu Avenue is also nearby , a Honolulu hot spot for local eateries, supermarkets, shave ice and malasada doughnuts. Also right nearby is Kapiolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo, hiking at Diamond Head, the Farmer's Market at Kapiolani Community College, and more. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin bed to maximize sleeping options. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room if an extra sleeping option is needed. The walk-in closet is fully stocked with beach gear, coolers, etc.

For entertainment, the suite is equipped with a HDTV with Blu Ray DVD and digital cable with Showtime Movie Channels. We provide free Wifi and telephone so you can say connected and share your island adventures. A reserved, covered parking stall is included if you decide to rent a vehicle to explore the island.

This is a quality building with recent upgrades to the common areas and has great amenities, including a rooftop barbecue & sunning deck with panoramic ocean and island views. The pool deck features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a fitness room.

Awesome accomodation

We had a lovely stay recently in Hawaii, There was 7 of us staying and we did not at all feel to crowded. Easy location to find and ideal with parking included. A quick walk to the beach and nearby ABC stores. Had all the things we needed for our stay. Great communication with Yas, Always prompt to answer any questions.

I would highly recommend this apartment.

I was a convenient location condo.

We had a great time while staying at the condo, Jim was always available and helpful. I wish there was family games to play at night and more sitting space for a family to sit around in the living room, we were a family of 6 and it was tight, the apartment could use decor, kitchen had the bare minimum pots and pans no storage containers for leftover food or such. I would stay again for the location, safe the BBQ area was awesome, pool area great as well. I would recommend this unit. Just be advised of no games, tight space for a family of 6 to gather around at night.

perfect vacation stay

With Jim and Yas's directions on how to get to and in to the property, it was easy and stress free. It may look a little smaller in person than in the pictures but it was honestly perfect and just what we needed for our 7 day stay. The unit was very clean and very homey :) My family especially loooved the balcony space. And we were thankful for all the beach gear (towels, mats, chairs, umbrella, goggles, bag, etc.) and towel/clothes rack on the balcony that were provided especially since it only took less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach! Although the weather during our vacation wasn't too too hot (mostly in the mid-high 80s), all the AC units worked perfectly when we used it. And we weren't able to utilize the rooftop bbq grill but we did take a peek up there and saw others enjoying it. Some of my family visited the pool and jacuzzi on the 6th floor one evening and it was kind of fun looking down off the balcony of the unit and being able to see them enjoying their time.

The area around Waikiki Lanais (like the streets driving and walking to and from) don't look the greatest, BUT not once did we ever feel that we weren't safe around or inside the unit. It also helped that the key fob is needed to access the building as well as to use the elevator. When I contacted the owners regarding the sliding doors to the balcony, they also quickly reassured me that we had nothing to worry about due to the security of the building and the unit being so high up in floors that access wouldn't be possible. Just be sure to push the door all the way closed when coming in and out because there was a couple times when we shut and locked the door, the wind pushed it open.

Overall, it was the perfect vacation stay and the unit was an excellent home-base to recharge and refuel overnight for the long days we had around the island. I would highly recommend!
