The building is within easy walking distance to Fort DeRussy, the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach and Lagoon, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and the Ala Moana Beach Park. Enjoy the recreation deck with its swimming pool. Fabulous dining and shopping establishments are nearby along with all the exciting entertainment and night life of Waikiki.

Stroll famous Kalakaua Avenue through Waikiki to beautiful Kapiolani Park and explore the Honolulu Zoo and the Waikiki Aquarium. Walk back the length of Waikiki Beach and bask in a fabulous Hawaiian sunset. Enjoy the torch lighting ceremony and hula at Kuhio Beach. Building and unit filled with cockroaches.... dirty and outdated!

We stayed in a unit also operated by Greg, even though we wanted this one. Apparently the one he put is into was as good as this one. This was NOT the case. The unit was outdated, dirty and had cockroaches running around on the beds and the kitchen counter. The shower didn't work... we had to use a pot to wash off with. The fridge leaked and soaked the carpet in the kitchen.

We arrived here after a week long work project on Kauai and wanted to relax and spend our time on beaches. We didn't want the few days we had to be disrupted and to be bothered by having to move to another unit, OR have some fumigating crew and plumber rummage in our unit to have it up to a reasonable standard. So we chose NOT to contact Greg during our stay to mention our issues. I did so after the fact and this was apparently the issue. His defensive tone and approach is rather shocking, after numerous emails and a heated phone call. He knows best and is clearly right and his only defence is that we didn't give him the opportunity to fix the issues!! Again, IF he had this place properly looked after, we wouldn't have been in this situation to begin with. He also mentioned that there are cockroaches in ALL the buildings on Waikiki. I have stayed in hotels and other condos there many times and have never encountered this!

We didn't cook a single meal in the unit as we were disgusted by the bugs. We asked for some sort of compensation and refund and the answer was NO!

I would stay away from this place and this owner!!

What a great trip !

"My husband and I had a comfortable stay. It was perfect for our 12 days,

the space was cozy and yet sufficient for two people. Located on the

15th floor of the Inn on the Park. The unit was conveniently located about

a 10 minute walk to the beach and about 15 minute walk to the main area of

Waikiki. It was also conveniently in walking distance to Ala Moana (taxi

was about $8-$10). The pool level was great for catching some sun and

relaxation. Laundry facilities were also on pool level and easy to use.

Plenty of food options near by and we managed to get overnight parking just 2 minutes walk from the unit. Overall, for 2 persons max this unit

is great!

Oahu Realty Group were helpful and reliable. Greg was fantastic, meeting us

earlier than expected as our plane arrived early into Honolulu. He was

clear and professional, giving us pointers about the area and of the unit.
