The den offer beautiful natural light perfect for your morning coffee & reading. The master bedroom has a cheerful and cozy feel with a queen bed, full size closet and a Flat screen TV. Master bath offers a shower and plenty of storage. Outside the home you find beautiful trees, landscape and a park across the street. Venice Florida abounds in natural beauty and splendor and it offers something for everyone including beautiful Beaches, its quaint downtown shopping area and the old Florida scenery along the Myakka River. The waters of the Gulf of Mexico moderate the temperatures of summer and winter for a perfect year-round climate. The scenic stretch of Sarasota County coast line basks in the sun most of the year and temperatures seldom drop below 70 degrees .Every April, Venice draws thousands of visitors to its superb waterfront with the community-wide Sharks Tooth and Seafood Festival. Venice community enjoys the Gulf , bays, and other waterways that offer opportunities for swimming, surfing, fishing, and boating - a constant source of recreation for residents and visitors alike.
Venice has more than 30 parks. All the park rage in size from tiny pocket parks to the beach along the Gulf of Mexico. Some of the more unique parks include Paw Park, where dogs may enjoy the beach, and Venetian Waterway Park, where people may bike and hike on a 5-mile stretch along both sides the Intracoastal Waterway. Right a few block away are tennis court, basketball courts, boat ramps , Canoe and Kayak Launch, andwalking and biking trails.
This duplex unit is in a quiet neighborhood bordered by a park, yet is only a few blocks from all the attractions Venice Island has to offer, a well-maintained beach facility, pristine municipal parks and a picturesque downtown with boutique shops and many al fresco dining venues (be sure to visit the French Croissant Bakery, Chio Gelato and Made in Italy). Not only is the location perfect, but the residence is newly refurbished, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Bethany, the rental manager, was very responsive to all our needs and was particularly helpful when we were settling in.
This property exceeded out expectations and we will definitely be back in 2017. !!

If Tenant cancels this agreement less than 90 days prior to check-in, all funds received by Broker to date are forfeited and Tenant may be held responsible for the balance owed for the reservation if no replacement Tenant is found.
