Comfortable, Convenient Top Floor 2BR 2BA Condo On Beach
About Karen Coleman
We are Karen and Mike and have recently purchased this condo as our dream vacation home. We live in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, and are dreaming of retirement and spending winters in Florida away from SNOW. Karen is a cardiac nurse at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia and Mike is a musician and already retired from construction and crane operating. We are avid UVA Baseball fans, enjoy the nearby Daytona 500, and are joyful grandparents.

Why Karen Coleman chose New Smyrna Beach
We were drawn to this quiet, laid back beach town and have enjoyed staying and visiting here and in the area over the years. Our favorite restaurant in the world is located at the end of the beach, J.B. Hunt and Fish Camp.
What makes this Condo unique
The top 4 things we love about our condo - 1. On the beach. Beach is therapy 2. Near restaurants and things to do. 3. Playing music at local bars and music venues. 4. Sleeping to the sounds of the surf at night. Aahhhhhh......
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Great Fourth of July visit.
The condo was neat and clean and well stocked. We got to see amazing fireworks from our balcony and the area was amazingly quiet. The only drawbacks were no place to put our food. All the cupboards were full and the elevator was difficult to get as people would hold the elevator. It was even being done right in front of the check in desk and onsite manager. Other than that we had a great time.
It’s was very easy to rent
Everything you need for a vacation
Beds great , 2 bathrooms upto date
We had a great time! Beachy relaxation at it’s best🌴
Great location! Condo was clean and had a great View!
Great beach stay
Everything was as advertised, no surprises. Nice location, nice condo, nice facilities. The area isn't as quiet and peaceful as when I first started coming 20+ years ago, but the beach is still great.
All About Location!!!
We booked last minute for a mother’s day get-a-way and we are so happy we found this place. Perfectly located in the mix. Walking distance to everything and easy access to beach. We were able to set up shop on the beach and walk back and forth to unit easily as needed. The unit itself is super cute and extra clean. The owners communicated promptly and everything exceeded our expectations. As an added bonus we were able to walk two doors down and rent a golf cart to cruise the beach for the day. We will definitely be booking again next tine we plan a trip to NSB.
Thank you Eric for taking the time to write a review. I am so happy you all enjoyed the convenient location and condo for your Mother's Day Weekend. Welcome back any time! Karen
Quaint and quiet little seaside town of New Smyrna , set on wide white beaches, has a lot to offer, from artsy galleries and tourist shops, to numerous restaurants and eateries with beachside dining and live music. Local festivals abound year round with fun activities you can participate in or watch from your 8th floor balcony! The famous Flagler Ave hub of this little beach town is two blocks from your door, all the activities are mere steps away.
13 miles of wide sugary white beaches are renowned for surfing, and Orlando residents consistently vote New Smyrna Beach the "Best Beach" in Florida. Plenty of opportunities for biking, golfing, tennis, fishing, boating, kayaking, water sports, and river cruising. Nature enthusiasts will enjoy nearby India River Lagoon, Canaveral National Seashore and Lake Ashby Park, and a number of nature preserves. Ponce de Leon Lighthouse is visible from your balcony at the Ponce Inlet as well as 4th of July fireworks all the way up to Daytona Beach.
New Smyrna Beach is located just 20 miles south of Daytona Beach with the famous Daytona 500 in February and Coca Cola 400 on 4th of July. Walt Disney World/Sea World/Universal Studios and Orlando are about an hour away. Kennedy Space Center just 40 miles south. Historic and scenic St. Augustine is just 55 miles to the north.
Our Top 3 Favorite recommended places to eat and enjoy yourself: Toni and Joe's beachside restaurant a mere few steps from you, JB's Hunt and Fish Club almost at the end of the beach, and Aunt Catfish's on the River in Port Orange (south end of Daytona Beach).
The mainland town's Canal Street Historic District is a delightful hub of art galleries and art festivals, music festivals such as the annual Jazz Festival in September, and casual eateries, eclectic shops, and the Riverside Walking Trail.
We recommend you check out NSB website www.nsbfla.com for local attractions and current calendar of upcoming special events.
