Located at Oceania Beach Club directly on the lovely wide sugary beaches of New Smyrna Beach, our top floor condo offers a private balcony with panoramic views of both the beach and the little beachside town and skyline up to Ponce Inlet and and the Lighthouse. Cozy, clean, and decorated in cheery beach decor, you will find everything you need in our vacation home. in The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with sliding glass doors out to the balcony and the soothing sounds and smells of the surf. A second bedroom offers two twin beds. Two full bathrooms. Flat screen TV's in LR, Master, and 2nd Bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen , icemaker in freezer, linens, towels. Heated pool onsite. Outdoor shower to rinse that sand off. Coin laundry room onsite. Pool table and wide screen TV for enjoyment in common area on first floor.. Free WIFI in unit..

Location, Location, Location - the restaurants, ice cream parlors, and little shops of Flagler Ave area are literally steps from you. Be serenaded by the live music at Toni and Joe's from your balcony if you wish. Rentals of bikes and all manner of motorized and nonmotorized beachcraft are available within a block. 13 miles of wide sugary white beach for walking/strolling/jogging plus sidewalks and bike trails for more exercise if you wish.

About Karen Coleman

We are Karen and Mike and have recently purchased this condo as our dream vacation home. We live in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, and are dreaming of retirement and spending winters in Florida away from SNOW.

Karen is a cardiac nurse at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia and Mike is a musician and already retired from construction and crane operating. We are avid UVA Baseball fans, enjoy the nearby Daytona 500, and are joyful grandparents.

Beautiful place Wonderful time

Our family had a much needed relaxing vacation. The Coleman's condo was nicely appointed with a beach theme. It was very clean and cozy. The view was nice and opening the doors to let in the ocean breeze and to hear the surf was so soothing. It was also within walking distance to quaint shops and eateries. All too soon we had to get back; wish it could have been longer!

Perfect Location & Beach Biew, Clean and Comfy

This condo was spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and two teens, without a hitch. Husband and I sat drinking coffee in the mornings after walking the beach. The view of the ocean and beach, including the lighthouse - induces serenity.

The location of this condo is perfect if your goal is to park your car and walk to restaurants, the beach and nearby basketball court. The teens enjoyed their freedom and we had peace of mind!

We would rent this one again. Two thumbs up!

Perfect place for a getaway with friends.

This is the perfect Condo for a getaway. Everything we needed was in the condo,. Beautiful sunrise and beach views and just steps away from the ocean. We were so pleasantly surprised with the lovely atmosphere and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

beautiful condo, NOT oceanfront

Beautiful condo. tastefully decorated with cute attention to details. Well furnished, fully functional kitchen if you need it. DO eat at The Garlic while in town. You won't regret it. However, this is not an oceanfront condo. The balcony overlooks the garbage cans and back alley. You can see both the ocean and bay but cannot view the sunrise while having coffee from the balcony. For that reason I have not given it more stars.

Owner's Response: Condo IS beachfront with beautiful panoramic view of sea, beach and skyline up to the inlet. Just as pictured on website - actual pictures from the balcony. It does not face straight east out to sea, so you will not see a sunrise from the balcony, but interestingly, most folks really love to watch all the activity going on up the beach towards town, and say they prefer it to just looking straight down at only water. Weddings, festivals, ships in and out of the inlet, fireworks all the way up the beach towards Daytona, lights of Daytona Speedway and Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. The condo is on the top floor and you can watch activity up the street in the little restaurants and outdoor dining patios and listen to beach bar music. As is typical of quiet, laid back New Smryna Beach, the town closes up at 8pm, and you are left with a beautiful lighted skyline and more sounds of the surf all night.

Great location. Nice building with quick elevators. Quiet building.

All appliances, utilities, and cable tv worked well. DVD player was the only thing not working. It was enough space for 3 of us. In unit control of temp was nice since the weather was cool. Top floor was nice for the view. The location was ideal. We would rent again if in the area.

Can't tell you how much we enjoyed our little vacation to New Smyrna and this condo. It was a perfect location to Flagler Ave and just steps to the beach. The place was exactly as it's portrayed in the pictures and yes, the king size bed IS as comfy as everyone says it is. :)

Communication with the owners is outstanding and even though there was one little hiccup with the key, it was resolved quickly and became a non issue.

Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals when we decided to eat in, and the place was within walking distance to any sort of restaurant you can possibly want.

We used the laundry facility once and were very pleased with it's quality. Entire buliding is very well kept and quiet. Just close enough to everything and just far enough away to be perfect.

Sitting out on the balcony was awesome. It's a great size with plenty of seating and the views were breathtaking.

Can't say enough good things about this place and the owners! Could go on forever.....

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Daytona Beach Airport at 20 Miles Nearest Train : Deland at 30 Miles Nearest Motorway : Daytona International Speedway at 15 Miles Car: not necessary

Quaint and quiet little seaside town of New Smyrna , set on wide white beaches, has a lot to offer, from artsy galleries and tourist shops, to numerous restaurants and eateries with beachside dining and live music. Local festivals abound year round with fun activities you can participate in or watch from your 8th floor balcony! The famous Flagler Ave hub of this little beach town is two blocks from your door, all the activities are mere steps away.

13 miles of wide sugary white beaches are renowned for surfing, and Orlando residents consistently vote New Smyrna Beach the "Best Beach" in Florida. Plenty of opportunities for biking, golfing, tennis, fishing, boating, kayaking, water sports, and river cruising. Nature enthusiasts will enjoy nearby India River Lagoon, Canaveral National Seashore and Lake Ashby Park, and a number of nature preserves. Ponce de Leon Lighthouse is visible from your balcony at the Ponce Inlet as well as 4th of July fireworks all the way up to Daytona Beach.

New Smyrna Beach is located just 20 miles south of Daytona Beach with the famous Daytona 500 in February and Coca Cola 400 on 4th of July. Walt Disney World/Sea World/Universal Studios and Orlando are about an hour away. Kennedy Space Center just 40 miles south. Historic and scenic St. Augustine is just 55 miles to the north.

Our Top 3 Favorite recommended places to eat and enjoy yourself: Toni and Joe's beachside restaurant a mere few steps from you, JB's Hunt and Fish Club almost at the end of the beach, and Aunt Catfish's on the River in Port Orange (south end of Daytona Beach).

The mainland town's Canal Street Historic District is a delightful hub of art galleries and art festivals, music festivals such as the annual Jazz Festival in September, and casual eateries, eclectic shops, and the Riverside Walking Trail.

2. You may pay via PayPal and your credit card, or by personal check. If paying by PayPal, there will be a 3%processing fee added. You do
not need a PayPal account - they will send a bill to your email.
3. Refunds/Cancellations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation and refund of down payment. Cancellations after that time
or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or fees. For reservations made within the 60 day window of time, there will be no
refund of any moneys paid. The owner may at her discretion, try to re-rent the property for that period of time, and reimburse the
original renter less any incurred expenses.
4. Refundable security deposit will be billed to you from PayPal and is due 30 days from your arrival date. No processing fees applied. You
will be refunded this security deposit within 7 days of checkout pending no damages reported by housekeeper. See contract for specific
