Upscale condo, great location, just minutes from beaches. Over 17 acres, wooded with oak and pine. Adjacent to a bike/walking trail. Non-smoking. Feel free to smoke on the back porch area. Ground floor. Unit is 800 square feel. Handicapped accessible. Condo is completely sound-proofed. Computer search "Enclave at Oak Hill COA" to visit the complex's web page. Netflix on Demand.

DEN- ceiling fan, 18" porcelain tile flooring, flat screen TV, over 250 digital channels. Blue-Ray/DVD player. Double french doors opening onto a private covered patio with ceiling fan. Queen sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN - granite counter-tops, island with extra seating, table with four chairs, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice-maker and microwave. A well stocked kitchen with a blender, toaster, mixer, and coffee maker.

* Full size washer/driver, ironing board/iron.

BEDROOM - queen bed, ceiling fan, and closet. Television in bedroom with cable.

BATHROOM - granite counter-top, full height beveled mirror, and quarry tile shower. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom.

*Back patio has a table with four chairs. Cushions provided.

*This beautiful vacation home has 10' ceilings throughout, 8' interior doors, an open floor plan, and free WiFi network in the unit and cable television.

*Large outdoor pool, heated spa, and clubhouse with exercise equipment.

*Provided with your rental: 4 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 kitchen garbage bags, 4 laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dish detergent.

*There are grills located at this complex for your use in different areas. Also located at the grill area is a fire pit. You are expected to clean up after use.

*There is a lock box with keys to the unit, which is adjacent to the condo. I will provide the code to the lock box on the day of your arrival after the condo is cleaned. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 10:00 a.m.

*Must be 25 or older to rent.

Why Jan McElroy chose Gulf Shores

This is a beautiful property close to everything in Gulf Shores. The pool, hot tub area, and clubhouse are wonderful for relaxing, working out, and swimming. It is well kept, and I especially like that it is adjacent to a bike trail because I enjoy riding when I come to Gulf Shores. The people that live at this complex are friendly, and the complex is mostly comprised of owners so a quiet atmosphere. I also enjoy that this condo is on the first floor with parking right outside the door.

What makes this condo unique

One thing I especially like about this condo is the 10' ceilings, granite counter-top, quarry tile throughout, and the beautiful landscaping. The COA does an excellent job of making sure everything is well maintained. There is rosemary throughout the complex which gives it a nice aroma and beauty. The unique benefits of this condo is that it is centrally located to everything in Gulf Shores. It is about a mile to the zoo, a mile to Walmart, and only a mile and a half to the beach. There is also a nice, more private beach at the end of the lagoon on Fort Morgan Road. Heading to Fort Morgan you would turn left on Mobile Street and there is free public parking on the right.

There is a place for bikes just under the stairs at the condo. I am a kayaker and there are several rivers in the area that are just a short drive away. You will enjoy the location of this condo and the easy access to activities, restaurants, and the beaches!

Great Condo

we stayed for thirty days and enjoyed everyday. We spent most of our time at the beach which was just 2 to 3 min from the condo. The fitness room was very nice and it appeared that all equipment was up to date. This was our second year at this condo. the only down side was that they now will only take 30 day reservations. I do understand the reason why they had to do it.

We have already made reservations for 2018. Please continue to do a great job.

Breath taking. This was a last minute and Great.

We loved the hot tub & pool. The best part was the ground floor unit @ the end of the street. We (wife son english bulldog) has a blast. We enjoyed the luxurious, tastefully decorated, high ceiling condo better than any other place we stayed. Our Christmas was saved by Ms. McElroy who was very welcoming & a delight to meet. Unit was nice and roomy. Could use a new mattress in bedroom. Not the most comfortable. Was great being on ground floor except when people came above us you could hear every foot step and could even hear them talking.

Owner's Response: So sorry you heard noise upstairs. This condo has been rented most of the year and this is the first time someone has mentioned this. I wish you had told me and I could have alerted the property manager and the issue could have been resolved. I have stayed there myself and never had an issue with noise upstairs. As to the mattress, this is a new mattress with a memory foam topper. Mattresses are a personal preference and having the perfect mattress for each guest, I believe, would be impossible. So glad you enjoyed the roominess of the condo! I have gotten five star reviews from all of my guests and enjoy providing a luxury condo at an affordable price. This is my second condo in this complex and I have several vacationers who return every year.

My husband and I loved this property. Everything was beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the painting and wall decor. We had everything we needed. The community is great and also the neighbors/regulars who stay they yearly were friendly as well. Highly considering booking again in the future and refering to family/friends.

We were very fortunate to happen upon Jan's listing for her condo and our stay there was wonderful. The condo is very roomy and definitely upscale. Our grandson loved the pool which happened to be very close. The location was great...central to everything and beaches were easy to get to. We had such a good time! We do plan on returning to Gulf Shores soon and will rebook with Jan for sure.

Very impressed

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Jan's condo. The setup is very inviting and warm. Very clean. The overall property is well kept. Nice pool and hot tub. The one great thing we also loved is that it's 5min to all the local hot spots. Beach, restaurants, water park, golf courses. Will definitely be back.

There is a bike/walking trail adjacent to the condo, which is five miles long, on Fort Morgan Road. Also, the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge is close by. There is a boardwalk there and hiking trail that fronts the lagoon. Beautiful scenery and great for bird watchers. The grocery store is a half a mile from the condo and Walmart is a mile from the condo.
