FABULOUS PROPERTY!!!
You will never find another property like this! Get away from the crowds and experience Colorado in it's truest sense. Literally a waterfall and a mountain in your back yard. The views are truly amazing from every room in the house. Huge parking area. Snowmobile, cross country ski, snow shoe, back country ski -- right out the door. Located above the mountain community of Montezuma, yet only seven miles to the Keystone Mountain and Resort with its fabulous downhill skiing, restaurants, and shops.

The home was recently built with granite in the kitchen and marble in the bathrooms. The fabulous great room has cathedral ceilings to view the mountain, dining table and breakfast bar, flat screen TV with Satellite, and leather couch. The gourmet kitchen is a joy to cook in with views wherever you look. A wonderful space to gather friends and family.

There is a huge master bedroom with king bed and flat screen TV. The fabulous marble bathroom includes a large walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub with a double sink vanity. Two bedrooms on the lower floor share a full marble bath and both have queen beds.

We also offer WIFI satellite internet service free of charge. You may not have cell service in this remote location (suggest you check with your provider), but we do provide a land line for your convenience.

A two car garage is available for your convenience. And the back deck sports a grille for the warmer days. Dog friendly for an additional $50 fee per dog per stay. FOUR WHEEL DRIVE is needed for the winter months. There is a three vehicle limit at the lodge. We normally have family needs decided 6 months prior so take reservations up to that time out.

Amazing Experience!

First of all, the pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful! There are mountains surrounding the entire place. There is not a window where you can’t relax and gaze up at the majesty of the Rocky Mountains. There are also no immediate neighbors obstructing views or making noises. Secondly, the place itself had everything you need from hot tubs to heated floors. It was comfortable and well furnished. Thirdly, the property manager, Tom, was awesome! He was a great and timely communicator, super friendly, and was willing to accommodate a few extra requests with no hesitation. We loved the entire experience and cannot wait to go back to see what it looks like in the summer.

Gorgeous home and property

Lovely stay at this home - the property is gorgeous. Had one person in our group who struggled with altitude as it's pretty high up there, but we all adjusted after about 24 hours.

Great Times

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful home with fantastic views. The rooms are comfortable with windows a plenty which makes you feel at one with nature. Highlights included a moose with her young calf strolling across the backyard and a fox exploring the front yard. The property manager Tom was super responsive to our questions and came by once to demonstrate the trick to locking one of the doors. An overall great experience.
