Ultimate Scottsdale Getaway!
About Julie Goren
Our family has owned this unit many years for vacation purposes, and now we're ready to let it be your destination for a Scottsdale retreat. It endeared us to the 'Valley of the Sun', and as a consequence, all seven (7) of us relocated to it from Chicago.
Why Julie Goren chose Shores
It has been fully remodeled, is in an unbelievable location, has all amenities a descerning renter would want...And More!!

Perfect in Every Way
For the last six years, our winter get-away from Buffalo has been Scottsdale. This year’s 9 day stay did not disappoint. The location of the condo was very convenient. Our host, Julie Goren, was most gracious and accommodating. The condo was spacious and well appointed. The grounds were spectacular, especially the lake. Being able to use the pool and facilities at the Millinium Hotel was an added plus. Access to the condo was simple unlike having to use codes to open a lock box, retrieve a key and then struggle to unlock the door. We especially liked the convenience of the location. This was a 4 star experience!
Pros and Cons - Feb-March 2019
Great floor plan.
Condo was stocked with everything you will probably need.
Could use a repainting.
Bedroom carpets could be cleaned.
Bedroom closets were filled with stuff like extra bedding, so you couldn't effectively use them.
Front door could be secured with a deadbolt lock to replace the chain door guard.
Window coverings in the dining room, living room and second bedroom do not provide for privacy - like being in a "fishbowl."
We so enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were just a nice as the pictures indicated! We will be happy to have them again in the future!
We lucked out and missed a big MN snowstorm while in Scottsdale. And we couldn't have been happier staying at this condo. It was very clean, quiet, had plenty of space for 5 people, had two outdoor patios, 2 covered parking spaces, and easy walking access to the pool at the adjacent Millennium hotel. The condo also had 4 large TVs, one each in the bedrooms and also in the separate den/living room areas. The kitchen was especially well stocked. The property was well landscaped and maintained, except for the tennis courts which are in need of repairs. Overall, this condo was a good value and is in very good shape. You can tell the owner takes pride in the property, and she also was very attentive during the booking and follow-up. We would definitely rent this condo again.
This condo is a gem
WE loved everything about it.
Great location, all the amenities one could possibly want, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds.
As far as we're concerned nothing was lacking.
February 1-March 1, 2018 stay
Great location. Julie is an excellent hostess. We had a window repair issue....called Julie, and it was fixed the next day. Julie was very helpful as we prepared our visit as well. Recommend this location to anyone.
