This studio was absolutely wonderful!!! Location was perfect, blocks from Frenchman's Street, around the corner to the French Market, and a few blocks down to Lafitte's for the best Hurricane ever! Very clean and quiet, just as portrayed in the photos! Cindy was great to work with and responded very quickly to the few questions we had. Looking forward to next years visit!!! I would highly recommend this property.

Couldn't have found a better place to stay

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I enjoyed a 5 night stay in this charming, cozy, renovated Studio. Small kitchen with all appliances where we cooked our breakfast, pretty courtyard perfect for relaxing, laundromat in the Condo, and above all, close to the French Quarter and Frenchmen St where we enjoyed live music and restaurants with local fare. Just wondering if the owner, Cynthia, is also an interior decorator! Will be back!

Amazing Stay & Property

  • 5 of 5

This property is in a prime location; we were able to walk to everything. It was a perfect little studio apartment that had all the essentials for making us feel at home for the week.

Staying in a home with such history was amazing! From the original hardwood floors to the original doors, it took me back into time imagining life in the 1800's when this building was erected.

The owners were so nice with their suggestions on places to eat and see. The responses were so quick to my requests/questions.

A return trip is in our future and we definitely will be booking this same location if it's available.

Beautiful building and amazing room!

  • 5 of 5

This has to be the best location in NOLA. Near the French Market, on the perfect side of the French Quarter, and easy to find because all you do is walk east on Bourbon Street! The room was warm due to the season and no central AC, but the intwrior temp wasn't terrible. Plenty of room inside and the complete mini kitchen was an amazing addition! Plus Port of Call is just two blocks away.

Enjoyed staying at your lovely studio apartment - it was comfortable and close to everything. We walked all around your beautiful city including Bourbon and Frenchmen Streets and we never had to use our car. Just perfect!

From the Owner

We love the safety of the area & convenience of walking to many locations. When you walk outside the Condo there is so much to see and do you won't know what direction you want to go in. Take a right and walk almost one block and across the street you will see Port Of Call. A famous hamburger resturant which is also known for its famous drink, Monsoon. Take a left and walk about 4 blocks and you will see Frenchmen St. Take a left on Frenchmen and as you walk down the block you will have a choice of several bar and restaurants with live entertainment. If you don't take a left on Frenchmen St. then walk another block and take a right and you will be headed to the French Market. If you don't feel like heading left or right, then walk stright down Bourbon St. and get ready for the time of your life. When headed down Bourbon, stop at 941 Bourbon St. and visit the oldest bar in the U.S. 'Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop Bar. It was established around 1772.
