A stunning, larger than average, 4 Bed 3-end townhouse with a beautiful view of the conservation area at the rear as backdrop to our private pool.

The house is furnished and maintained to a very high standard and all rooms in the house are spacious.

The villa is split over two floors which makes it ideally beneficial for accommodating 2 families.

The sitting room has large sofas providing comfortable seating, and a large screen TV. WiFi and air con is provided throughout the house.

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and plenty of cookware for even the most accomplished of chefs and the dining room has a formal table for dinner./p>

The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and flat screen TV The second ensuite bedroom has a queen sized bed. There are two further twin bedrooms.

Our private pool overlooks the conservation area where you will see lots of varied wildlife.

There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Our local management team is always available to assist you with and needs you may have.

Very enjoyable week at this lovely home

We have stayed in a few homes over the years near Disney, but this was the best we have stayed in. Lovely private South facing pool, we had the sun all day long until sunset.

The house is well equipped and had everything we needed, and the 3 bathrooms ensured no one had to queue in the morning !!

We called the management company once to change a couple of light bulbs and they were very helpful. We learnt that we were their first guests at the villa as they had recently replaced the previous company.

Johanna and Stephen the owners were very helpful in the booking process and answering all our questions. We would definitely rent here again.

The worst experience ever.

When we first arrived to the property on the surface everything looked clean and in order. When we wanted to shower I noticed that the shower curtain was moldy. I was a little disgusted and went to buy bathroom cleaner so that I could clean the tubs before putting my children to shower. I scrubbed out a pretty disgusting amount of dirt from all three showers/tubs. I didn't complain nor asked for anyone to come clean it. I was ok with it.

However, two days later I went to open the grill that was advertised on the HomeAway ad as there for our use. It was locked. I reached out to the management company and they had no clue the grill was locked and asked me to reach out to the owner directly. I sent the owner an email asking for the code and their response was that I had to pay an additional $150 to use the grill because it costs them $120 to clean. I responded with my dissatisfaction because this very important detail was not explained anywhere on the HomeAway ad, booking or home instructions we received. I booked this home because it had a pool and grill and I was going to have a pool party for my son's 6th birthday. I had to change my plans. My expression of dissatisfaction was not one of intent for any type of monetary compensation however, the owner's response was very rude and not customer oriented at all.

Then to top it off, my son and husband apparently were bitten by mosquitos or at least that's what we thought at first until I woke up from my sleep yesterday morning because I felt something crawling on me and it was a bedbug. When I inspected the bed throughly I found bed bugs on the king bed I shared with my husband and the bed my son slept on. They have blistering bumps all over their body. I have pictures and video as proof.

At this point I am extremely upset and completely dissatisfied with the condition of this home as well as with the lack of customer service received.

This home should be throughly inspected and cleaned. This home should not be advertised on HomeAway tarnishing the HomeAway image. I have used HomeAway a few times now and have never experienced this ever. I sent the owner an email explaining everything I have written here and I have yet to receive any type of response. I sent pictures and videos to them as proof. Consumers beware!!!

Great location! Nice floor plan!

My family spent a week here while enjoying Disney and Universal. Amazing location- quiet but still close to the parks- particularly Disney. Right around the corner from grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. Plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. It was so handy having a washer and dryer. Between the AC and ceiling fans we could cool off easily at the end of the day. Kind owners that answered our questions quickly. I would give the home 3.75 stars. So why not 5 stars? A few areas that can be improved- The pool needs cleaning up. I called twice to ask for a skimmer to try and clean it myself, it was never brought. A few things seem due to be replaced- a ripped comforter, the bath mats, the carpet has obviously been cleaned but is stained in a few places. The bathrooms need some attention. Water from the showers has been splashed on the drywall, and it needs to be repaired. Fix the things I mentioned and this is a 5 star place. Just needs a little TLC.

Owner's Response: Hi Michael and family we are glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the house amenities, air con, washer, drier, south facing pool etc. As you know there were a few thunderstorms during your stay and hence it was a constant battle by the pool guys to keep all the pools free tree/plant debris. They did call twice whilst you were out to clear up the pool. The items you have described have now been replaced (and would have been replaced immediately had you notified our local management company). We do often rely on guests to report faulty items. I know it perhaps should be the cleaners responsibility but unfortunately they do not spot everything, or forget to report things. I hope we can welcome you back next year and we can get 5 stars from you. Johanna and stephen

Spring Break Vacation with Friends

We booked this locations because of price and location for our spring break trip. There were 7 of us and the house was big enough for the adults to be hanging out downstairs while the kids played up stairs. Our family enjoyed our stay but there are some pros and cons that the owner needs to get fixed with the management company.

Pros: Good location to Disney area, open concept and plenty of beds. Gated community, quiet and access to the clubhouse and pool. Own personal pool with no-one overlooking. Having a kitchen with some utensils to be able to prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. Washer and dryer to be able to do clothes before going home.

Cons: From the front door to the insides it needs an updating. The front door lock is very confusing and we realized half way through the week that we weren't locking it when we left. Thankful that no one knew this and just walked in and took everything. There are no clear directions on how to lock it. Once we walked into the townhouse and started up the stairs there are stains on the carpet going all the way up the stairs and into the upstairs bedrooms. The hand railing is held together by clear packing tape. There are scuffs and marks on the walls in all the rooms. The bathrooms water guards have come off the tubs and rust in sinks. The wi-fi password is not easily accessed and instructions and password given is confusion and incorrectly written. The pool heat was not turned on when we arrived my husband had to turn the breaker on even though it was suppose to have already been on so we lost a day of the pool being heated because it takes 24 hours for it to warm up. The bricks around the pool are very dangerous and sunken in where we wouldn't even let the kids over on one side. The pool skimmer was missing the top portion so we weren't able to clean the pool of debris. Another reviewer mentioned the dirtiness of the patio equipment and I would have to agree it could use a power wash. Ants have taken to making their home in between the bricks so when sitting around the pool they are crawling up your legs and biting you. Also there are 2 cameras installed outside in the patio/pool area so while you are out there you feel like you are being watched at all times. The owner needs to visit this property more often to make sure the management company is actually cleaning to a high standard and setting up the house like it shows in the pictures.

Spacious and private

The property was designed quite well, with ample space and accommodations. The privacy was great, as we hardly knew that there were other renters in the nearby units. The Security staff and property management staff were friendly and accommodating.

Property did not meet our expectations

We found that the villa did not match the description on your website. It states "the house is furnished to and maintained to a high standard" but it was not. It was extremely tired and required cleaning. There were many stains on all the carpets, lack of linen, especially mattress protectors, and also the single bed bases were broken. There was a complete lack of information about the villa and no manuals on how to use the air conditioning, tv or any kitchen equipment. The fans in two of the bedrooms had missing chains resulting in us being unable to regulate the speed of them. There was no light in the fourth bedroom. The pool furniture was filthy and had to be thoroughly cleaned before we could use it. The tiling around the pool was very uneven and extremely dangerous. The photos on the site are not as the townhouse is now. The only cleaning equipment provided was a small vacuum cleaner held together with black tape, and there was no charger. There was also no mop or bucket to wash floors. This townhouse has two property numbers under HomeAway, 4078473 and 4146565, on the site of 4146565 it states "luxury, upgraded furnishings" which it certainly did not have.Over many years we have rented holiday villas through HomeAway in Orlando and have found descriptions of properties fair and accurate and have never ever come to a holiday home that was so dirty and uncared for. We have been asked to review this property by you and feel that we have to say something before more families are disappointed when they arrive for their holiday. We have not contacted you earlier to review this property as we have been in contact with the owner regarding his property and have sent him photographic evidence but up to this point there have been no changes made to the website description.

Owner's Response: It is unfortunate that on occasions guests can be very demanding and seek to find fault with everything, their prime aim is to seek compensation The guest arrived Day 1 and reported lack of linens and towels. All the Beds had been fully made and there was spares in the same cupboard that all the towels were (he eventually found). On other days he reported light not working, the bulb was replaced same day, and stained carpet (this was professionally cleaned after his visit). Other "problems" were not reported, eg pool furniture (which is cleaned every week by the pool people), cleaning equipment (stored in a cupboard he did not find), fans and pool paving. We try hard to ensure the villa is always beautifully maintained and it is regretted that on this occasion we did not meet the guests expectations, not did we pay his demands for compensation. Once you have read this review please read our other 5 Star reviews.
