Could use some shelves in the bathroom - no room for your toiletries.

Kitchen, bathroom, living area and bedroom were nice - although shelves in bathroom or hall would have provided better accessibility/storage.Minor property issues included Refrigerator with missing shelf, non-working ice maker (reported to maintenance staff) rusted (mostly) non-usable beach chairs and no hot pads to remove oven items.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 8th year at Sea Cabins for a winter getaway,,,tiny living with a million dollar view! Love the location, but disappointed with lack of updates in condo. Has some great features (shower, furniture and flooring), but needs new paint, new tv, new toaster, repairs to kitchen cabinets, and remove old rusted chairs stacked on the balcony. Otherwise, still a good unit to spend time right on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 25 years ago we accidently discovered Island Realty. WE were looking for a lance close to Charlston and contacted them. That fortunate discovery has led to 25 successive years of wonderful service. IR has helped us every step of the way as we have returned each year since then. The people who we have worked with have changed but the service and attention to derail has always been the same. They listen, make suggestions and solve problems. Island Realty is a part of our family.
