About Steve Lotspeich
I live in Waterbury Center, Vermont with my wife, three children, and one dog. I am the Community Planner for the Town and Village of Waterbury and enjoy gardening and playing music. I enjoy managing our farm in Greensboro with the assistance of my brother and sister who live in Massachussets.
Steve Lotspeich purchased this Farmhouse in 1967
Why Steve Lotspeich chose Greensboro
Our parents purchased the farm in 1967 and completely reconstructed the farmhouse at that time. Greensboro is a beautiful rural community with a rich history. Caspian Lake is great for lots of activities.
What makes this Farmhouse unique
Staying at our farm is very relaxing with lots of opportunities to explore the hayfields and woods, and surrounding countryside. We have a large organic vegetable garden that is also available for harvesting by guests.

Another beautiful visit
Our 4th summer renting this house. We love the location as we have friends in the neighborhood and the view is beautiful. Also nice to have the vegetable garden with beans and lettuce ready to eat. The owner and his wife are hospitable and attentive.
With its view of Caspian Lake, wide grounds and many rooms, this is a great place for a large group to rent.
We're very glad this extended family enjoyed the farm house and all that the place and Greensboro has to offer.
Very nice. Home owner very friendly.
Roomy and Relaxing
Our family really enjoyed getting away from hustle and bustle and staying at this farmhouse. We came at a good time (late August) for harvesting items from the garden and picking wild blackberries. There is plenty of space for folks to spread out and relax. There is a lot of open space surrounding the property so it feels very private. The area has a lot to offer. This was our second stay at this farmhouse, and it was even better than the first.
Perfect stay!Lovely farm and so well cared for...obviously loved!
Like a special b&b!
Really shows such considerate touches with amenities for the renters!!
Lovely roomy house. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent starting pointing for biking and walking.
We have been coming to Greensboro in the summer for more than 30 years and have rented many places. When we find one we like, we try to book it for the next year so we already have our reservations for the summer of 2018.
