Villa offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Queen bedroom suite has pool access and cable TV. The second bedroom has a king bed with smart TV and shares a bathroom with at the other two bedrooms that have two twin beds in each room. There is a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge & microwave. There is a breakfast nook with table and chairs, a more formal dining area, and a living room with cable TV. The house has a land line with free calls to the USA and Canada. Private pool with a covered lanai offers a great atmosphere to relax after a busy day at the theme parks.

House is located close to Route 27 and less than two miles to Interstate 4. Target is less than two miles with additional stores and restaurants.
