The house features 5 bedrooms - 3 double rooms and 2 twins. It offers split level accommodation, ideal for 2 families sharing. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level, accessed from a small hallway off the lounge area.
The other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are downstairs off an entrance hallway where the door leads to the lower terrace and BBQ area.
The floors are tiled throughout and the rooms are tastefully furnished with pine furniture. The newly fitted American kitchen comprises of a dishwasher, hob, oven, combination microwave, large fridge/freezer. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the large open plan lounge/diner.The lounge has a TV and a DVD player but with the fantastic views and warm evenings its the perfect place to kick back, open a bottle of wine and enjoy the good life with friends & family.

Surrounding Area: The villa has spectacular panoramic views stretching to the Albufera and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. The surrounding hillside is filled with orange and almond orchards and is perfect for walks or biking (very popular in the area). With the superb climate in the area you will find plenty to do outdoors. The villa itself is just a half hour from Valencia; a city where ancient and modern cultures thrive side by side. The port area is the headquarters for the prestigious `Americas Cup` Yacht Race which the city hosted last year and will again in 2009.
Villa Levante is close to the small town of Montserrat and just a 10-15 minute drive to either of the nearby larger towns of Torrent or Piccassent, which have Metro stations for quick,cheap & easy access to the city and the motorway (A7). The town of Cheste is just over 20 minutes away - home to the Ricardo Tormo Circuit for racing fans and the El Bosque Golf Course is also close by in Chiva.
Valencia: The city of Valencia the third largest in Spain, is a vibrant and beautiful city, proud of its historical heritage, clean beaches and fantastic fiestas. The city centre is just 30 minutes away, easily accessible on the metro, with the nearest station (Torrent Avinguda) only 15 mins away. A return ticket costs a little under 4euros and a great way to explore the city. Some of the examples of the citys wonderful architecture are within easy reach if you disembark at Colon station. These include the remains of the city walls 'the Torres de Serranos & the Torres de Quart', the cathedral complex, and the 16th century Lonja de la Seda(Silk Exchange) The Mercado Central(the Central Market) and La Estacion del Norte (The North Station) a large modernist building of avant-garde design, a great achievement for its time.
There are many wonderful beaches, with numerous earning the coveted blue flag. The city itself has its own beaches of Las Arenas and La Malvarrosa, which are connected by a sea front promenade. Both are readily accessible by metro from the city.
There are also superb beaches near El Saler which is close to the Albufera nature reserve.,itself a vast lagoon surrounded by rice paddy fields. The area offers many varied and beautiful nature walks. Fishing, however, on the lake is strictly by permit only.
Water & beach activities are a way of life in Valencia including sailing, surfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, scuba diving, windsurfing, fishing and just about anything else you can think of.
