The Heisey Family
Why The Heisey Family chose Ocean City
My grandparents purchased the front and rear units at 330 Ocean Ave. in the 1960s, so our family has been vacationing at Ocean City, NJ for quite some time. When it was decided they wanted to sell them in the '90s, my father, Paul, couldn't pass up the opportunity to buy the rear cottages, so his family could continue to have a place to stay each summer at a beach setting we enjoy so much. My mother and I now handle the cottage rentals since my father is unable to. It's a way of helping to continue to give him the Ocean City retreat he's enjoyed for so long. // Josh (Paul Heisey's son)

Just a few things......
It was the cutest unit with everything needed.
The utility cap (or whatever it was) on the N rear walkway is really dangerous....especially at night. Also, the refrigerator wasn’t “on” upon check in and really never got cold.
One of the two keys broke off in the lock. We got it out and put both pieces in the beach tag baggie....the unit is secure with 1 key in the lockbox.
Thank you for the use of your adorable vacation suite.
Will definitely stay there again!
Cute cottage perfect for two people. Great location to beach and bay.
Clean, comfortable, and a great location.
Perfect get-a-way cottage!
I had a wonderful stay at this cottage! Perfect for a solo getaway, or a couple. Its private, with a fenced in garden area, which is nice for enjoying the outside space after coming off of the beach! The location is great! I could walk most places and I rented a bike for the week which made it even nicer for running errands, or biking to the beach, which is only a few block away!
Quaint & Convenient
Had a lovely stay in June at this cottage- perfect getaway. The owner was responsive and I was able to rent an available extra day which because of my travel plans made things so much easier. This place is as described - simple, clean and in a great neighborhood. I plan to visit again and have recommended it to friends.
We are a very short drive to Atlantic City, Wildwood and Cape May. Cape May has a wonderful zoo and Victorian architecture throughout the town. There are trips for dolphin watching, fishing and parasailing.
