Close to the Grove Park

  • 5 of 5

My co-workers stayed here while we attended a conference at the Grove Park Inn (much cheaper than paying GP room rates for everyone!). We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! Clean, plenty of room for the five of us, and a great backyard! When our conference comes back to Asheville in 2018, this is where we'll be staying again:)

Roomy house and yard in great, central location.

  • 4 of 5

We stayed two nights and spent very little time "at home", but were very comfortable when we did. The living room is especially spacious. The 1940's house is maintained and very clean. We loved the location which is close to the grocery, pharmacy, interstate and most importantly, the Sunset Terrace at Grove Park Inn! (1/2 mile approx.) The neighborhood is walkable and attractive for pets and people.

Great home, close to Asheville

  • 5 of 5

We had 3 guys in the home, very roomy, large living room, adequate kitchen and 2 full bathrooms (1 stand up shower). Huge backyard w fireplace chimney, neighbors not too close, nice back and front patios. Close drive into Asheville, $8 uber ride, one way. Good coffee shop and grocery store very close. Would stay here again and recommend.

Great house, great location

  • 5 of 5

This house was perfect for our daily adventures in and around Asheville. The back yard was wonderful for the adults as well as the dogs. There's a nice buffer between the neighbors, and the two fire pits helped to keep us outside to enjoy the wonderful Asheville August nights. Trips to downtown are easy and there are 3 grocery stores to suit everyone's liking. Great time with family in an inviting house. Thanks!

Girl Trip!

  • 4 of 5

6 girlfriends on a weekend getaway to Asheville.... this house was perfect for us. We had everything we needed, and the owners were great to work with. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again. We used Uber to get downtown for dinner, which was super convenient.

Great Location in Asheville

  • 5 of 5

This house is located very centrally in Asheville in. A wonderful neighborhood for walking and architecture appreciation near the Grove Park Inn. The house was very clean and well-equipped. It is comfortable for a family of 5 or 6. You can bring the dogs if you want, but there is no fence, so they may need to be kennel end or very reliable or constant companions on your day tripping around Asheville area.
