Best place ever!
Charming lakehouse; great deck with beautiful view of the lake! Canoeing, swimming, reading, eating and drinking on the deck. Perfect getaway for relaxing! House contains everything you need; including books and fun games to play! Couldn’t have found anyrhing better; we loved it!!
A lovely cabin to enjoy Vermont!
What a sweet home to enjoy the lake and surrounding area. We enjoyed swimming, fishing, the firepit and hikes nearby. Great hosts!
Excellent getaway to decompress & have fun!
I can't say enough great things about this property, location, and our hosts. We have been here several times and can't wait to come back again. Joe has taken great pains to provide a comfortable place with all the amenities. My wife and daughters love it here. You will too!
Amazing place to stay, we are so happy with it!
Quiet, beautiful place to stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, the owner is very accomodating. No complain! We just hope we can go back again to stay!
Perfect place to relax
This is a great place to get away from it all. The Little Red House is perfectly situated on the lake offering stunning views. The attention to detail and thought put into this place is amazing. We were used to "grampa's fishing shack" kind of rentals. The Little Red House was completely stocked with cookware, new appliances, a canoe, fire wood and even a few pantry and toiletry items. Joe and Isabelle have much to be proud of with this place. The lake is so clear you can see the bottom. The only thing to know here is there is no common place to drop garbage and recycling. We did our best to consolidate things before we got there but a week of vacation generates some waste (especially recycling). Be sure to reach an arrangement on this or be prepared to take it with you.
We would love to make another trip in the fall, the milion dollar views must be spectacular.
In spite of some rainy weather we had the most relaxing vacation in years.
Good place for a relaxing break.
Nice view. Private. New home. Immaculately clean. Conscientious hosts. Restful and easy. Not great for swimming but good for paddling canoes etc.
