One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. Great hostess who provided lots of insider tips. Location couldn’t be better and lots of room.
Fantastic stay in Pula
Just returned from a great stay in Pula.
Appartment perfectly located, close to restaurants, shops and places of interest.
Both appartment and Pula spotlessly clean.
Slavica very helpful . Will definitely love to go back again.
Excellent base to explore Pula and surrounding area
This is a great property to rent. Everything was very straightforward and Slavica was a very good host, answering our questions promptly and clearly caring about us having a good time during our stay. The apartment is well equipped and was big enough for four of us. One thing to bear in mind is that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other - it wasn’t a problem for us as we have all been friends for a long time. The apartment is in a great location - nearby is a supermarket, a bakery, lots of places to eat and all the attractions of Pula. Overall a wonderful stay with lots of interesting things to do and great walks. We would highly recommend this apartment.
Great location and very kind host. Would recommend
Brilliant apartment in a wonderful location.
Apartment and our host, Slavica, were absolutely brilliant. An absolute treasure. Situated in the pedestrian area right next to the Arch of the Sergii. Minutes walk to boats and seeing the dolphins and also the bus stops for easy access to some wonderful beaches and outlying villages.
Again minutes walking to some outstanding restaurants for some excellent food and right next to the James Joyce bar.
Pula had everything for us; antiquities, restaurants, shops, bars, wonderful scenery and the people were very friendly and hospitable.
We look forward to seeing you again.
Lovely and clean and bright.
Very happy with property and agent very helpfull. Going through one bedroom to get to the other the only slight problem if two couples. However large bedrooms were very good. Also 2 keys are essential if two couples.
The Temple of Augustus- situated in the Forum, is dedicated to goddess Roma and Emperor Augustus. It was constructed between the year 2 BC and AD 14 when the Emperor died,Arena – Amphitheater-the most famous and important monument, the starting and ending point of every sightseeing tour is the Amphitheater, popularly called the Arena of Pula,Twin Gates and City Walls-in ancient and medieval times the whole city was surrounded by walls and was entered through about ten gates. The walls had become old and unnecessary so they were pulled down at the beginning of the 19th century. Parts of the walls between the Twin Gates and the Giardini square have been preserved until today,Gate of Hercules-it stands between two, most probably medieval towers, of simple construction built of uncarved stone blocks. At the top of the damaged arch, although hardly recognizable, is a carving of the head of Hercules and his club.Small Roman Theater-on the northeastern slopes of the central hill of the city, below the Castle are the remains of a Roman theater: in addition to the Amphitheater,Forum-the main square of classical and medieval Pula is situated at the foot of the central hill, in the western part of the city close to the sea. The coast where the Forum was constructed in the 1st century BC had to be filled up to gain a larger area,Chapel of St. Maria Formosa-it is one of the two chapels built in the 6th century as part of a large Benedictine abbey demolished in the 16th century,Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary-within the city, along the main street that from Flavia Street leads to the Forum, stands the Cathedral of Pula. These monuments, and some others are within a distance of up to 1 km. from the apartment.I would also recommend a trip to the beautiful Briuni National Park, which will delight you with its beautiful nature, safari park and archeology. Also I would recommend visit to the Adriatic islands with catamaran Pula-Unije-Susak-Mali Lošinj-Ilovik-Silba-Zadar.
