The condo complex was designed by famous Local Architect John Hopkins and features only 5 units total. This unit is located within the courtyard of the property and occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of half of the front building.

It is both private and highly accessible to areas such as the French Quarter, Audubon Park and The CBD. It is furnished with upscale furnishings and linens and features a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your stay in the "BIG EASY!"

Walk only 3 blocks to the Historic St. Charles Ave. and jump on the street car which will take you Uptown to the Universities or Downtown to the French Quarter for an evening of fun on Bourbon St. or to hear some jazz on Frenchmen St. in a matter of minutes. Or walk 1 block for shopping and dining on fabulous Magazine Street. Make sure you take the time for a walking tour of the Historic Garden District homes just a few blocks away between St. Charles and Magazine-it is a must see. Laissez les bons temps rouler!

I bought in this location is because this is very hot neighborhood with so many different cafes, shops and restaurants opening up on Magazine Street it just doesn't get any better than this!

GREAT SPACE IN A GREAT LOCATION

I've rented many VRBO properties through the years and this had to be one of the best!

Great property - well appointed and stocked, in a great location - Uptown close to Magazine and the St Charles street car. You can walk to Tipitina's!!

Weather coming into town for family, as was I, visiting friends, or looking for a great headquarters for one of New Orleans fine festivals, this property couldn't be a better choice.

Lovely Home

This is a lovely thoroughly updated home with top-of-the-line features conviently located near the trolley line and a large variety of restaurants. Maria has graciously stocked the mini-fridge with a variety of drinks and has several snacks available to help make you feel at-home during your stay. We appreciated the opportunity to be away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown section and the ability to park in a designated space off the street. Be aware the church across the street begins ringing the bells at 8 am--only a concern if guests prefer the option of sleeping later. Maria responds to texts in a timely manner which is an additional plus. We were pleased with our rental selection!

This was one of the best VRBO stays around the world!

Maria was such a generous host. She thought of everything - from doughnuts to a stocked bar to a list of area attractions and restaurants that were spot-on. The condo was all updated, comfortable and modern and super-chic and convenient. We had a great time in NOLA due in large part to this stay.

40th Birthday

Traveled to New Orleans to celebrate a 40th birthday and for Mardi Gras. Fantastic location for watching parades. Off street parking is a plus. House is very well decorated and all amenities were great. Would definitely stay at this house again. Owner is so nice and accommodating.

Loved it on Napoleon Avenue!!!

My friends and I had a great time. Easy to walk to the unique charm of magazine street shops and eateries. We saw a great show a few blocks away at Tipitina's, and were pleased to party all night nearby at one of the oldest 24 hour neighborhood bars in New Orleans. I will definitely come back with friends and clients, as this is a truly great deal in a fun city.

The place was clean, well kept, and the off street parking and private secure courtyard entry made me feel safe and secure. Even though we rented a car, we used the short walk to the St. Charles street car line for our treks to the French Quarter, where parking isn't so free and easy.
