This unit newly furnished January 2013

Brass Rail is one of Tybee's newer luxury gated complexes on the South end. There is on site security and offers 2 car covered parking, elevators, 2 pools and a hot tub. Property is 100 yards from beach and pier and convenient to many shops and restaurants.

The unit offers bamboo floors in living areas and tile in bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Pots, pans, silverware and dishes are provided. Dining table seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools at the granite counter. Unit is tastefully furnished and offers WiFi and a sleeper sofa. Balcony offers rocking chairs and an outdoor dining area.

Beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, sofa bed

The master bedroom has a king size bed and offers a television. Master bathroom has a shower, jetted tub and his/her vanities. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other offers 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have a television. There is a second bathroom off of the guest bedrooms and a half bath in the common hall area. The unit is clean and nicely furnished.

The unit is reserved for family vacations ONLY. No large parties or prom groups allowed. The minimum age requirement to rent this property is 25. No pets and no smoking.

Great Vacation!

Beautiful condo! Great location with close walk to beach, shops and food! Only thing was the pools were shallow (4ft) and my kids like diving into the deep end if you know what I mean!

Awesome vacation unit!

This was our third stay at Brass Rails and our first stay in this unit. This unit was by far the BEST. Brass Rails is in the heart of Tybee with almost everything in walking distance. It is also a short drive to putt-putt, shopping, fishing, boating, etc. Tonya was always very helpful. The unit had an exceptionally well appointed kitchen, all the rooms were clean, lots of towels, and even a special gift for visitors. I highly recommend this unit and look forward to a return trip. We love Tybee Island.

EXCELLENT place to stay

This condo is TOP NOTCH. It's beautiful and extremely clean inside. The deck/patio is so big and inviting with lots of space and wonderful outdoor furniture. Tonya clearly has put a lot of effort into decorating and equipping the home with all the comforts and necessities. It's plenty big for our family of five and we have everything we need here. There is a grocery store minutes from here and lots of places to eat. The beach is a few minute walk and the property backs right up to it. The parking is ample and a breeze to get in to. I'd highly recommend this condo to any of my friends and family.

Loved our week at the Brass Rail

This was my fourth visit to Tybee, the Brass Rail condo is beautiful and warmly decorated. I was looking for a nicer place close to everything and it was perfect. The only reason I rated four stars and not five is that previously I had stayed on the Strand and had a view of the beach, which I did miss.

If you stay here, you are right in the heart of Tybee. We were here for a week and didn't have a car, you don't need one.

We walked to the grocery store, four blocks away.

1/2 a block to Paradiso street with restaurants and shops.

One block to the pier and the beach.

We walked the two miles of beach to North Beach grill and listened to the Gypsy Jazz band while sitting at the outside bar.

We rented bikes from Fat Tire(across the street from condo) - they have a rent one get one 1/2 price on the Discover Tybee website. You can ride the bike path down to the lighthouse(closed on Tuesday) and the museum. Then we rode on the beach back to the condo.

There is a weekend shuttle to take you to Savannah for $5 per person.

The condo has two pools, and since it was October, we did warm up in the hot tub a couple of times.

Tonya was easy to get ahold of, she got right back to me whenever I had a question and was very gracious.

I highly recommend the Brass Rail condo and would happily stay there again.

Another wonderful stay!

We stayed again this year. Condo was just as immaculate as last year. Tonya Morgan is very easy to work with and always very accommodating. Definitely plan to visit annually! Condo is clean, beds are very comfortable, everything is top of the line. Short walk to everything. 2 beautiful clean pools and hot tub. Thank you for another wonderful week.
