This secure 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor was a pleasure to stay in. You’ll find it spotlessly clean and very comfortable with all you need for an enjoyable stay- including a well-appointed kitchen, luxurious bath towels, beautiful beds and internet access. In a new building, located close to cafes, restaurants and public transport, this accommodation is within walking distance to everything in Mount Lawley, and Perth is just a short bus ride away, or a 20 minute walk. The owner, Pat, is a great host who regularly liases with guests to make sure that they have the best possible experience. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay in this near new Apartment in the heart Mt Lawley.
Exceptional features were:
Beautifully furnished & decorated with stylish furniture (some restored tastefully by owner) Modern but homely with lots of paintings & pot plants. Very clean, comfortable & well presented.
Great location - several multicultural restaurants, bars & grocery stores in easy walking distance.
Bus stop at front door but still walking distance to the city.
Free street parking
Affordable by comparison to others.
Owner was very friendly & informative. She personally ensured that we were well informed on our arrival & contacted us during our stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Perth & would love to return & stay there again sometime in the future.
