Having grown up in Santa Barbara, I truly appreciate everything that has made this town such a wonderful place. Its history, its people, its surroundings. Having traveled the world as a TV producer and director, I can honestly say, it is hard to find a better year-round destination anywhere. I have brought this great appreciation for Santa Barbara to all of the properties that I have built and remodeled. We do everything to make sure you enjoy your visit.

A beautifully updated unit. An all open concept with king bed in one area + 2 twins in another sectioned off with a screen. Baths are both highly upgraded and spotless. Kitchen is small but adequate. We didn't cook but made coffee, Location was convenient and walkable to downtown areas.
We hadnt stayed in Santa Barbara since our kids were young. Our go to hotels were near the Harbor. But we now love using VRBO and staying in the neighbor hood. This place was very relaxing and we loved being able to walk the 6-8 blocks to State Street which justified our two trips to Mc Connels for ice cream. This was a trip with my sister and our two married daughters. But I would come back with my husband to go wine tasting in town or Santa Ynez.
This spot was perfect for our family of four. It is nice place that is well located and clean. We would return!
We stayed here for a girls get-away and absolutely loved it !! Everything was clean, well cared for and beautifully decorated. The apartment has an open floor plan, and having 2 bathrooms for 4 women was a big plus :) We thoroughly enjoyed exploring Santa Barbara, and loved coming back to "our" loft in the evening..... it was the perfect place for a glass of wine and catching up with friends. We had one small request when we first arrived and David was there within 5 minutes to take care of it.....excellent customer service ! We would definitely stay here again.....loved it !!
We had the best time staying here! Walked to shopping, eateries and wine tasting. We will be back again!
Was in town with my wife and mother and we rented this villa. Great location close to downtown Santa Barbara with some great views of the nearby hills; and the unit is very nice. We were a bit cold the first night and couldn't find the thermostat (the owner explained it was hidden near the floor behind a chest/dresser); but otherwise our stay was perfect.
