R&R in Seattle
We ended our 6 day trip with a 2 day stay at this property. It is urban and quite comfy. Close to Golden Gardens Park; Ballard Farmer’s Market; Asadero, & Caffe Fiore in Sunset Hill. Great place!
Small & Nice
We didn’t spend a lot of time while touring around Seattle, public transit is very close and direct to downtown and it’s easy to get around. Would recommend for less than 4 people
We felt the property was very good for a short weekend stay. Not the property owner's fault, but the parking was very sparse, that is just Seattle. We did not have any communication with the owner, so you should add a NA category.
Great value great location!
Sleek modern studio as discribed. A good central location to most everything, such as down town, shopping, grocery stores etc. Most importantly, it feels like a very safe clean area. The AC was also much appreciated!
A couple things to note is that this place has no freezer and a broom for a quick tidy would have been appreciated.
We usually book through VRBO and like communicating directly with the property owner.
In this case we spoke to a representative of the property management company so there was some delay in getting answers, even though they responded quickly it was inconvenient.
Our issue was that we are a family of 5 and just wanted to unsure that they were aware that we were over the recommended capacity of 4 people.
We were approved but also charged an additional $25 per night. I was okay with this however no additional linens or towels were provided for our 11 year old son. So I'm not entirely sure what justified the additional charge.
