We have been with Homeaway since 2006, proposing houses that are able to unfold Sicily's colours and charm at best. Houses with quality furnishing in unique locations, with incredible views or with a pool, always accurately selected in order to satisfy our main wish: to see you falling in love with Sicily just like we did. We provide you with transparent information and true pictures. What you see is exactly what you get. We will advise you as much as we can about travel info, transfers and car rental. Dinners in villas and other extra services can also be arranged. Finally, our prices are final rates! There are no hidden additional costs. We are flexible with your arrivals and departures and if you need a late check-in this is usually possible.

super location and clean
we enjoyed our 2 weeks holiday here. the apartment is in a super location. it is clean and well equipped.
the caretaker of the property was professional and kind, he went the extra miles to make sure our stay a pleasant one.
I can absolutely recommend it.
Town square lovely but experience marred by scruffy surroundings and Easter inundation.
Nice, comfortable apartment with lovely view of the sea which we enjoyed every breakfast. Marzamemi was a surprise - turned up at Easter weekend to find it jam-packed with revellers. Thankfully, quitened on Tuesday. Lots of rubbish in the local area, on beaches and along roads which spoilt the look of the place. As did the seemingly uncontrolled and untidy ribbon development around the coast. Lots of restaurants in town but at this time of year you need to go to nearby Pachino for provisions. Monti Iblei well worth visiting, good walks along gorges covered in spring flowers. Also Siracusa (first choice), Noto and very quiet Ragusa Ibla. Flat's wi-fi signal was pretty poor much of the time.
Marzamemi is a little village that over the years has begun more and more a popular destination for tourists and people of the nearby villages. If you are looking for a quiet place, please note that in summer and during national holidays this village get easily crowded. Having said that, the apartment itself, its view and its location close to the sea deserves more than a 3 stars.
Beautifully kept apartment, light and airy and immaculately clean. Wonderful views of the sea.
Marzamemi is a very pretty, little seaside town with a lovely main square. Plenty of places to eat & drink and not too expensive - we were on a tight budget! There are several shops & a chemist for essential supplies and a van delivers fruit & veg daily. The town has a broad sandy beach with a wide area of shallow rock pools which the apartment overlooks - good for swimming & snorkelling. It was a good base from which to explore the surrounding area which offered lovely old baroque towns, mountainous scenery and Greek, Roman & early Christian archaeological sites to explore but for this you definitely need a car. The apartment looks out to sea & was beautifully clean, with a dazzling blue & white colour scheme! We had a very active 2 weeks and were sorry to leave - we would definitely come again because there were still many places we didn't manage to fit in!
Nice airy and extremely convenient.
Marzamemi is a hidden gem. At night the place comes alive in a restaurant fuelled peaceful way. Very Italian which was nice. In a whole week, I only heard one other non-Italian group (australians). The food choices were exemplary and, as a result, we didn't eat in once so I am not in a position to comment on the kitchen though it seemed fine. Bedrooms were good with air-con which helped. The view from the lounge was great more comfy seating would have been nice but we were always out and about so a small point really.
Great apartment, great location!
Nice small and yet spacious apartment with great ocean view. Two clean bedrooms and comfortable living space with kitchenette and eating table. Also the management was very kind and helpful.
Without knowing much about the town, Marzamemi turned out to be a lively beach resort with still a considerable amount of tourists in September. Nice beaches and good restaurants (while these were a little more expensive than the average).
One has to bear in mind that at the weekends there's quite some party in the town center, with loads of cars parking everywhere - but nevertheless a great place. We're hoping to come again!
Marzamemi is an ancient fishing village in the extreme South-East of Sicily with a small port and vividly painted boats. The tradition of all things marine is still very much alive in Marzamemi today. Only recently has it become a popular destination for Italians who enjoy the combination of the area’s natural beaches and the vibrancy of an authentic coastal village. The village boasts many restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling delicious local produce such as locally caught and processed tuna and swordfish or the famous cherry tomatoes from nearby Pachino. San Lorenzo, 2 km up north, marks the beginning of one of the most beautiful stretches of the Sicilian coast. Here the shore is characterised by golden sand beaches, turquoise seas and white limestone rocks. San Lorenzo borders on the natural reserve of ‘Vendicari’. Here you’ll find a breathtaking variety of Mediterranean flora and fauna, exotic beaches and Byzantine ruins.
Other Activities: Visiting Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Syracuse and Roman Mosaics of Villa Tellaro.
